Wildlife Trust BCN - Trumpington Meadows

Beautiful area, Skater Meadows and Trumpington Meadows, spent a very enjoyable day volunteering with the wildlife trust. Learnt so much

Feb 2022 Spent a memorable day here helping to plant a few of the 400 new trees which have been sponsored by AstraZeneca, BDW Homes and Grosvenor Estates with support from the Wildlife Trust. Its wonderful to be part of such a special long term project, now we just need some help with the watering!!

Lovely place not too far away from the city centre of Cambridge. Byron pools and around is great for a spare hours with the children

Easy parking

Nice country park walk with river access.

Beautiful place for a stroll. Its got a nice lil lake, the meadow and some birdwatching huts.
You also have the woods and river right next doors if you envoy a bit of fishing or more of an area for you and maybe the dogs to explore!!

Really beautiful area with some interesting features and lots of nice places to stand and take in all the nature. Quickly feels like you're far away from the city! Meet lots of nice doggles too :)

A really nice walk along the river Cam. Plenty of space and easy walking paths throughout the meadow area. Highly recommend for a breath of socially distanced fresh air 👌

A good place to have a stroll.

Beautiful place. Trees, riverside, pathways. Great for walking, running, fishing or dog walking.
No entry fee, car park is also free.

Fabulous safe park area for walking the dog or picnics. Only thing to watch out for are the cyclists who fail to read the notices telling them not to ride through the woodland.

Lovely area of land to walk on. If I lived here I'd running around it all the time! Hopefully my brother will live here a while longer so I can come back again.

Wide open space with paths and lake. Good dog walking location. Flowers, birds and wild areas. Links to Byron' s pool LNR. Great for walks too.

Let’s see if we can train zorro by following the guide. He is a good boy and we should help him to overcome this. Good to have a long and deep call. Looking forward keeping those deep exchange regularly. Please don’t forget I am always all your side. Waiting could be difficult for me, but I know you are supporting me anyway. When we trust each other, then we will open communicate and let others make the choice(which should be exactly the same as our own choices). Things are getting better and better when you with this hot, persistent and optimistic btl. Doesn’t it matter if things really not getting better if you already have this btl in your life? Lovely place for a walk if you live in Cambridge and don't want a long drive to go for a walk.

Beautiful open spaces. River walk. Great for running/walking. Close to City Centre.

I've loved this place for years. So calm and peaceful it's easy to forget that you're right next to the M11
