Made to Last Ltd

So pleased with our new Jay-Be Two Seater Sofabed. Lovely quality, will be a great addition for occasional use (primarily for our grandson, can’t wait for him to stay over!). Thought at <£1k was good value for a well made British piece. Have to say Jaspreet pulled out all the stops to get to us speedily which was appreciated (missed our preferred delivery by one working day…..so last use of the air bed!!). Delivery folk at Humber also tried to get to us speedily, and the lorry guys were efficient and polite. Seal of approval from our Sprocker too! Highly recommend.

We just had two one-seater sofa beds delivered and could not be happier. They were ready several weeks early, and the delivery team was very clear and helpful.

The chairs themselves are wonderful - material is very high quality, beds fold out very easily, and they’re actually really comfy to sit on (which is not my experience with most sofa beds). Will definitely order from them again in the future!

I can’t say anything about the quality of the product, as I had to cancel due to a delay in production (delay on materials) which I understand is no fault of the company. The customer service was very good though. Emma was quick to respond to queries and issued a refund. If we had the time to wait for the sofa bed we definitely would have, but unfortunately we needed one asap.

Thank you for supplying my beautiful light which has been made in the UK. I searched for a long time to find a good quality light that wasn't made abroad. I am pleased I preservered as I am delighted with the style and very high quality. I also received excellent customer service from Emma - as the light was made to order I was provided with an approximate delivery date and the light arrived within a couple of days of this.

the contract guest bed arrived much earlier than I thought it would when I bought it online. I easily assembled it and got on! I am sure my guests will have a comfortable night. it stands in my hallway and covered it with a nice throw and it looks fine without taking up too much space.

Couldn't be happier with the customer service — they went above and beyond to resolve an issue that turned out to be a mistake on my part. The manufacturer of the product appeared equally engaged and supportive. Wouldn't hesitate to place another order in the future !

I bought a Jay-Be folding bed from Made to Last and was very impressed with both the bed and the customer service! I had a small issue with the order (my mistake, not theirs) and they sorted it for me right away.

I was nervous to buy a sofa online without sitting on it but really liked the look of it. I live in a flat with steps and stairs so was worried about delivery. The delivery guys took the sofabed apart outside then put it back together in my living room. I would recommend and buy again, a very good service.

The staff were friendly and helpful when I contacted the company. The men who assembled the items I ordered were efficient and friendly. I am pleased with the furniture.

Very easy to order, by phone because I had a query. My Ottoman Stool is beautiful, sturdy, comfortable and has a hydraulic lift to hold lid up above an enormous storage area.

Product seems excellent as well as customer service. I was assisted by Jaspreet and she was very helpful with some questions about my order. Will surely buy again from here!

The bed is great. It's the second one I've bought but delivery is atrocious. I am disabled and in a wheelchair so cannot move items from outside my door and delivery man wouldn't bring it in for me even if I moved completely away from him

The service was very good. They responded quickly to all my emails and sorted out an error that the factory had made with the colour of the cushion covers.

They were very helpful I guiding me to a sofa which would fit through the doorways and up the stairs of our Cottage. They accurately forecast when it would be delivered and then managed it early!.

Delivered within 2 days of order. Brilliant. product, exactly as described. Just bit of difficulty aligning one of the screws to catch onto thread of nut when affixing headboard.

Bed arrived in 24 hrs, easy to put together . Its for emergencies in this crisis so not yet used -hopefully wont be needed!
