Pembroke Dock Dental

I registered with Pembroke Dock Dental as I needed some work done on my teeth and assessment of one very problematic tooth. The dentist, Bonnie is the best dentist I have been to in well over 15 years. She cares about your teeth rather than seeing them as a money making exercise, giving you a full explanation of what she can do, how she will do it, and a printed comprehensive plan with costs so there are no surprises or hidden charges. Brilliant, and considerate "bedside manner", excellent service, and highly recommended.

I went here today for an emergency appointment, the dentist was the nicest dentist I have ever had before! While in my appointment not only did she help me with the tooth that had been causing me problems but she also helped with information on the tooth that gives me severe anxiety and self confidence issues, advising me on what was best to do and even how much it would cost, no one has ever given me 5 minutes of there time to explain anything to me on how I can fix this, so it means so much! Highly recommend for anyone having anxiety about dentists, because she’s so heart warming!

Away from home and developed an abscess. Was sent to Bonnie as an emergency and she was just brilliant. Met at reception by a lovely lady who was sympathetic and made me feel welcome. Didn’t have to wait long. Saw Bonnie who put me at ease, told me my problem and prescribed antibiotics. Also, said if 8 had any more problems to call her. Fantastic service !

I really thought my mouth was beyond saving, Bonnie was absolutely amazing and if she was my regular dentist, I wouldn't have had the fear for years that I had with Dentists. My only complaint is that she's not my dentist, I would be so much healthier orally. I would 100000% recommend.

I was about to come to the practice as an emergency patient after being in pain with my wisdom teeth. I was so happy and relieved to be looked after by two lovely ladies. They were reassuring and caring and offered treatment and advice in terms I could understand. Fantastic service, would highly recommend, would be ideal to those patients perhaps nervous about dentist visits.

Visited this dentist this morning for an emergency appointment, Even though I was running late the lovely lady was very understanding though they were busy they still managed to get me in for my appointment.
The lovely dentist there was first class asked me how I'd like to be treated for my mouth infection (abcess) & wobbly tooth I just wanted it out and the pain gone.
Never have I had a better treatment I felt no pain whats so ever and was all over in the blink of a eye best dentist and treatment I've had by far feeling alot better this evening mouth healing nicely and I don't think I'd want to use another dentist again by far THE BEST!!

I had a bridge fitted by Bonnie and honestly I am so pleased with them. Such a friendly full of life environment and an all around great experience. I have finally got to where I wanted with my teeth and all in the hands of this dentist. Definitely would recommend.

This women is an absolute angel!!! Was sent here as an emergency appointment today after the past 2 days of constant pain and no sleep! Within 20 minutes she had the xray done and the tooth out, even if it did want to stay in there haha! I was so shocked at how fast and pain free it was after my last experience of having a tooth out didnt go as great! Absolute angel, thankyou again!!

Had an emergency appointment booked via 111. Both the dentist and the dental nurse were amazing. Patched me up temporarily and sent me on my way. The least stressful and least painful dental experience in my adult life. Thank you ladies.

I had to visit this dentist through 111 dental services, whilst on holiday. Both the Dental Nurse, and Dentist were friendly and put me at ease. Identified the problem which was causing my pain immediately and treatment prescribed. I was extremely grateful and happy with the care provided.

Pain caused me to overcome my fear of dentists and visit this dentist some six years ago in my mid sixties. I was prepared for a mass extraction as my last dental visit was over 20 years previous and my diet was restricted to soup. My problem was bad gum disease. After initial treatment my condition has stabilized and I feel fine, thanks to first class treatment and advice.Highly recommended!

The dentist is very delicate, I recommend that you like the dentist again and renew your trust in dentists. Ater a few visits to other dentists, Dr. Bonnie saved my teeth. Also in other dentist max 3 years and the seals fell out or broke. Seals which she put on for me, stayed on for over 10 years. Normaly I am afraid when I have a dentist appointment but when I visit Dr. Bonnie I come without stress and with a smile. She again made me smile without a shame. Highly recommend

Came in for a emergency, and within two days my teeth were fixed and replaced (at a very good Price too) Staff were very friendly, Non judgemental and was the most gentle "tooth-pulling" experience I've ever had.
(i never give anything 5 stars but this place is much better than Haverfordwest that wanted to charge me nearly double what i paid here)

Amazing service. 5 different dentists tried pulling my wisdom tooth out and failed. 30 minutes later it was out😊 highly recommended. Can't rate them enough

The best practice I've ever been to he staff are reassuring and always happy, after years of pain with bad teeth and many different practices I came here a nervous wreck after so many bad experiences the staff here made me feel relaxed at ease took the fear away then cant do enough for me iam know pain free with healthy teeth I call anytime and get an appointment which is reassuring such a calm environment x

So today I faced my phobia of goin to the dentist I had my wisdom tooth out 3 weeks of pain,hand on heart I can honestly say there really friendly I was in tears but they made me fell very comfortable talkin to me and that,can't honestly thank them enought for what they have done for me today,would recommend to family and friends..thank you again.
