Had an appointment with Polly a few weeks ago after her being highly recommended by a friend. Really useful experience. Polly was very friendly and knowledgeable and showed me some core strengthening techniques and ways to maintain better posture which have really helped. Haven't felt any pain for days now. Lovely relaxing massage too. Couldn't recommend enough and very reasonably priced :)

Polly has treated my sports injuries for a lot of years now. She is very professional, knowledgable and always makes you feel at ease. I have no hesitation in recommending her practice and have done so on countless occasions.
