Costa Coffee

A quick visit whilst shopping. Had a very nice hot chocolate and a bacon bun. Price was OK and the place was clean and tidy.

Fast service and good friendly staff!
Nice large seating area with comfy sofas or tall tables and chairs.

Took my little girl in on Sunday 8th January for a hot chocolate and a cake. Both female staff members were polite and could not do enough to make our visit enjoyable. From making my 7 year old feel like a grown up with her own hot drink that was at a safe temperature, to carrying the tray over as my arm is currently in a cast. Went above and beyond and would definitely return when in barrow

Lovely day so sat outside, sadly staff to busy to clean down tables but less noisy outside.

Barrow Costa had friendly staff and even a homing pigeon called Kevin

Friendly, efficient staff. Breakfast nicely presented, yet most impressive was that when a small bird walked into the cafe the young man who worked there picked it up and carried it back outside. The local couple at the neighbouring by table told us he worked in the petshop up the road, hence his confidence. Bravo!

What can I say 5 star service 5 star quality. Felt for the girls as it was busy which they coped with fantastically, shame it was raining as many customers didn't want to wait outside due to queue. I know they have to be careful with covid restrictions but having another member of staff may have helped. I will definitely be back.

We went to a live music event which is run by St Marks Church. It is a great event and not just for religious people, everyone is welcome. It is lovely to sit and enjoy a coffee whilst listening to live music. The musicians change each month and are always great. Well worth a visit but get there early because it fills up very quickly!

Just wanted to say what a dedicated hardworking and above all polite team you have at the Barrow Costa on Dalton Road.... EVERY time we call for a drink they aim to please .......and most definitely do!......nothing is too much trouble they are courteous and kind to everyone..........Daryl runs a tight ship and has a fantastic rapport with his team.
May I also say that Drew Anderson has to be one of the nicest people I have ever met!......he along with rest of the team Work efficiently and are most definitely an asset to the company.
Keep up the good work and well done!.

Just wanted to offer our huge congratulations to the Manager of our Dalton Road shop Barrow In Furness on his.getting Manager of the area !! He is such a wonderful guy always bright cheerful and full of charm . So well deserved.

The manager Drew is the bomb. Love having chats with him about the pyramids, the Matrix and sacred subjects etc. Otherwise it's a Costa, you know the what to expect

No toast today, no bread. It's the order that's changed. Not just this Costa, Costas everywhere. However, take your own bread and they're more than happy to toast it for you. THAT'S customer service.

It's busy at times but when quite it's nice place yes the coffee is a little pricy but good staff and service.

Rating purely based on customer service ! Staff were so friendly and extremely funny! Such a great and welcoming atmosphere. Well done guys !

I believe that this has to be the friendliest Costa for miles. The service is always superb and staff are a credit to the company.

Usually good coffee and staff very friendly
