I purchased a suitcase which had been incorrectly priced at my local store Barrow in Furness. The store colleague Gary Rawlinson looked for the right one, went to the back warehouse to locate it then proceeded to assist with the exchange/refund. He took the time away from the task he was doing to assist with this. Fabulous customer service and done with a smile on his face. Brilliant service thank you.

So much better now its bigger, love that their certain gluten free products I can get, just wish they were always their.
I'm disabled and used my rollator because the parking spot I got was too far to walk with my stick back with the trolley, the lady at the checkout, helped me with my shopping and told me to ask for assistance and someone will. So that's what I'm going to do next time, she was so helpful.

Great floor space all on ground floor. If you're looking for something it's well worth trying here. A while back I was searching for some diamanté hair slides, yesterday I flew in to see if they had small bottles of Dandelion & Burdock both found.
The store lighting is bright and so are the checkout staff which I think is an important part of your shopping experience.
Although I was in and out in five minutes yesterday, it's very pleasant to wander through, taking in the well displayed varied stock. Something nice for your home? Gifts, an extensive selection of toy's, candles, pan scrubs, wine and sausages.
Take a walk around. In this wet season you can enjoy some undercover exercise, and pick up bargain.

This is a great store, it's just been renovated/made bigger, its got everything you need from cleaning products, toys, food. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Big thumbs up.

Currently undergoing expansion, so hoping there will be different items coming soon, as always clean, tidy and busy and always good value, my latest find is Chester's working dog food, the dogs love it.

Great place to shop the staff make shopping so easy, never a problem to show you wherever the items your looking for, shows a good manager looking after the staff as well as the customers.

Well laid out and wide aisled discount store. Warm and welcoming with polite helpful staff. The prices are perhaps a little higher than the adjacent Poundstretcher but the shopping experience is much better.

This is a great all round shop the staff are really friendly and helpful plus there's a great choice of things to buy and a good car park just out side the front door

Brilliant large shop, has everything I need and more

They have real Christmas trees in stock for £9.99 they look about 5ft tall. I have never bought one but that seems really cheap!

Fist visit since the re opening and was pleasantly surprised by the level and quality of stock.
