Ivory White Bridal

This was my second time trying on dresses and Ivory White really did that bit extra to make the appointment special. They have a complimentary drinks menu for you & your guests, a bride robe to wear during your appointment when needed and the ladies are all so helpful and lovely. I had a good idea what kind of style I wanted when I walked in but it was Amy who pulled the dress I ended up choosing. As soon as I put it on with a veil and shoes, tears were inevitable and it was definitely the one! Thank you to Erin and Amy for making the experience such a lovely and relaxing one. I’d recommend Ivory White to any new bride looking for their dream dress.

Sophie & Helen couldn’t have given my bridal party & myself a better experience in store! Would recommend to anyone looking for a wedding dress, something for all tastes & budgets. They know how to make you feel great even if you aren’t feeling confident or don’t know what you’re looking for.

I would 100% recommend going to Ivory White Bridal! I felt quite nervous about dress shopping but Helen was absolutely fantastic. She really made me feel at ease and was so helpful - thank you so so much Helen!! There is a wide selection of different dresses of all different styles and the whole experience at this boutique made me feel really special! Erin was also so helpful with all the questions I had. I said yes to the dress here and would say that Ivory White Bridal needs to be at the top of your list for places to go for your wedding dress!

The young girl that helped me and my daughter was amazing! Super friendly and professional. The small things made a difference..the sign with my daughters name on and a glass of fizz. Thank you for making the day special x

I can’t recommend Ivory White enough! Sophie and Amy were amazing and made the experience everything I could wish for and more! They were lovely people who couldn’t do enough to make us feel welcome and at ease. They were friendly, honest and really helpful. I can’t wait to go back for my fittings and accessories as the whole experience with them was just perfect. If you’re looking for a bridal shop with staff that listen, care and and friendly, genuine people then this is the place to go!

I had the most amazing experience at Ivory White Bridal. I was very nervous about going dress shopping but I felt so comfortable and looked after by all members of staff. We travelled from Worcester to find my dream dress so I am happy I was able to say yes to the dress! I never felt like anything was too much to ask for and they even helped us book somewhere for food after. Amazing service and I am looking forward to collecting my dress when it arrives.

My fiancée had an incredible experience at this shop and would recommend it to anyone, but especially those who want a glamorous or modern look.

The dresses were stylish and fun with a range of designs offered. The shop itself was beautiful and relaxing and the actual trying on of dresses was done in a very considerate manner.

The staff, especially Holly and Sophie, were lovely and helpful, and offered a unique solution to tweak a dress for her needs and make it absolutely perfect. She and her party were given drinks and biscuits, and Holly was kind enough to help take lots of photos of them all at the end of the trip with an “i said yes to the dress” sign.

This shop was her first bridal appointment and turned out to be her last as she purchased her two dresses within 1hr 45 minutes.

We had a perfect morning at Ivory Whites. There is a wide collection of dresses, so many styles and fabrics to choose from. Sophie and the team are really friendly and helpful, I had a look in mind and came away with the first dress they had chosen.
I would highly recommend any bride to be to pop in xxx

From the bottom of my heart I couldn’t recommend Ivory White Bridal more! The dresses are absolutely stunning and the whole time you are always made to feel so comfortable and at ease. Absolutely nothing is too much trouble and their knowledge of the dresses and any tips and tricks is so much help. We lost track of time and our appointment actually overran by almost an hour and a half but Helen was so dedicated to helping me find the dress she didn’t rush us once and as there was nobody in after us continued to help until we were ready! This place is a must if you are looking for your wedding dress ❤

The whole experience from start to finish was lovely. I felt so taken care of and understood. Sophie was amazing and so were the other ladies. I highly recommend going there.
