MuscleTone Gym- Offering an Old School Workout in Houghton, Fencehouses, Sunderland and Durham

Going to the gym daily is a must for all who want to show their true physical potential. I've never took care of my health or shape for a long time. Recently, I've been determined to hit the gym to do full body weightlifting weekly until I reach my physical training peak. There's been past gyms I tried committing to and never followed through. MuscleTone on the other hand, I found to be the perfect gym to train and lift. It's got an old fashioned aesthetic which makes the atmosphere far more comfortable and engaging than your average popular gym like JD or DW, whose leisure Gyms have always put me off. MuscleTone is a nice, local gym that's got nice racks of weight machines, weight bars and overall workout routines. Just started one session and already willing to visit this place and the regulars more often to pursue further strength.

Back to basics! No frills, good wholesome no nonsense approach with none of the distractions of 'modern' gyms!

The Gym atmosphere is very welcoming, the staff is very polite and made me feel good about myself, I would recomend this gym to anybody. The who ever ask me about it i even put the word out myself. Ps keep up the good work.
