I spoke to a gentleman called Callum and he was very polite, patient, helpful and professional.

My Conservatory roof was replaced and it was an excellent job by the tradesmen who were quick and professional. The standard was higher quality than I expected.

I also had my roof cleaned and repaired as required. The gutters were left cleaned and they look great.

We had our conservatory done from midlands premier last year and was over the moon with the work they carried out .This year we decided to have a resin patio area with midlands premier not only were they better on price but the resin patio area they provided was even better than I could of ever dreamt of .
Can't recommend enough brilliant work will be using again in the future.

I contacted midlands premier to look at my roof. I spoke to the manager who was very friendly and courteous. He walked me through the process, keeping me in the loop every step of the way. Installation went well, the workers were attentive and extremely professional. My roof was done to a high standard. I shall be recommending them to all my family and friends for all their home improvement needs!

Very professional smooth process from start to finish

Had windows from this company and the whole experience was a nightmare. The contractors they used (VEN Construction) didn't bother to seal the windows and when I called Midlands Premier, they didn't seem interested. I chased them up constantly to find out when the windows would be sealed properly, only to be told by one of the so-called managers 'We'll get to you when we can'. They were more than happy to take the money, however.

I've since had to use another company to amend the mess Midlands Premier and VEN had created. Forget COVID, avoid these cowboys like the plague.
