Had a lovely morning wandering around and the wife had more fun spending.
Picked up some great bargains and we had a great breakfast in the cafe. Fully wheelchair accessible with flat entrance and a lift to the 1st floor.
Staff were all helpful and very friendly, we both enjoyed our shopping trip and will definitely be going back.

Kettle gave up
the ghost so went to order a new kettle and toaster. Rang customer services to check delivery dates due to it being Xmas delivery period. While on the phone the helpful lady completed my order for me and said items should be with me by 23rd Dec. Arrived 2 days later on the 21st! Amazing, especially as Xmas delivery! Will definitely use again and prices are very competitive too.

Exceptional service at such a busy time of year. I ordered Tuesday and they were here Thursday. Impressed by the re use of packaging and paper void fill. Products 2 high end large stainless steel cookware items arrived in perfect condition.
Competitive pricing will certainly look at Harts first in future when wanting something home ware related.

Food is very nice with good choice of food for all.
The staff are very helpful and polite even to the point of supplying you loving pet dogs with water if asked for. The cafe has air conditioning as well plus a good choice of drinks and cakes.

I used their website to buy some lovely Le Creuset espresso cups. Excellent range, great prices and well-packed delivery. Very good.

Disabled lift and loo available! My husband is a w/chair user so a more enjoyable trip for us all. Lovely cafe though avoid the fish finger bap, grey fish meat and didn't taste good. Everyone else's food was good though.

Visited Harts today to look around as not been here before, we were very impressed by the amount of products stocked here and the diverse nature of them. There is a good selection of quality brands and an equally nice coffee shop, staff were very friendly and helpful so will undoubtedly be buying again from this store, thanks.

Love Harts. Friendly staff. Cafe was good. Had the breakfast. Personally I thought it a little over priced for what it was. I hasten to add there was nothing wrong and I enjoyed it. IMHO Stur of the Moment's Big Stur is a lot better. But best wishes to Harts in their new venture 😁

As a returning customer, I ordered items online and one arrived damaged. They kindly shipped a replacement next day delivery in time for me to give the gift. Excellent customer service and would happily shop online again.

Well well my first visit in here was most enjoyable
Very competitively priced, often cheaper than the internet giants in many cases.
It's a labyrinth off aweosme useful stuff, from tools to gardening supplies, cooking equipment to clothing!
I really enjoyed my time walking round looking at all the excellent stock
No need to travel out of town for essentials... Harts have you covered
Excellent supplies of seeds for veggies and flowers and everything you could think of !

Popped in for breakfast in the cafe after watching my granddaughter in her school assembly getting a certificate and had a very good full English breakfast together with a mug of tea, it was great and good value for money. I don’t do this often enough but I think I could be persuaded to carry on without to much arm bending!

I have been looking for hours on end on the internet for a suitable large casserole saucepan for my son and his wife. I spoke to Yvonne at Harts of Stur and the lady was so helpful knowledgable and patient with all of the questions I was asking her. It was like a breath of fresh air to be able to speak to somebody instantly without having to press so many buttons and waiting for ages for somebody to answer the call. Yvonne, I have purchased from you before and will continue to do so. In the end I purchased a 30 cm Le Crueset signature cast iron pot and not the Scan pan Haptiq we talked about. Thank you. Rita

They have everything you could possibly need for your kitchen. Has interesting range of clothes and DIY bits and pieces. The café has a fantastic range of cakes and lunch items. Well worth a visit.

Ordered 5 glass jar candles. Royal Mail temporarily lost parcel but the customer service from Harts was excellent. Easy to contact them, polite, friendly and professional, and they even contacted me when they were notified by RM that parcel had eventually been delivered, to confirm this was the case. Top marks, especially given the current situation.

Eco friendly packaging! I was initially horrified to see what I thought was a box of polystyrene packing "wotsits", but then discovered the Greenfill card. Genius! Why aren't all companies using this? Also, a paper alternative to plastic bubble wrap. All 5 glass jars intact, despite extended journey.

Never heard of this company before, but will definitely recommend and use again.
