REALLY NEEDS AN EXTERNAL POST BOX! Had to queue for 10 minutes just to post a birthday card. Unsatisfactory.

Unfailingly friendly and professional staff who will go the extra mile to sort any problems or make posting easier. A good shop, too where you can buy just about anything to do with posting!

Helped me send a parcel, friendly service, they let me take images of the packed item and email the buyer whilst serving.

Really good post office and card shop the customers are a bit slow as all the banks are closing and more people will go here to deposit and withdraw cash. Brilliant selection of cards and presents.

Brought a parcel here, I got told they couldn't take it which is fine. The lady at the back was very rude and after explaining I don't know where meyrick street is for the nearest post box, she just looked at me and point blank ignored me. Not the slightest bit helpful.

It would be helpful if you had the correct telephone number...this number is not recognised.

A number of staff are very unnecessarily rude and patronizing.
