Customer service is reliant upon the postal workers in attendance at the counter. Some are great, but there are a couple of indifferent individuals that Royal Mail management need to address.

Two hours opening slot?! It's 2023 and you can't even pickup a parcel during regular business hours. Royal mail can't even be bothered to compete with couriers.... DPD leave their parcels with Argos now, which is open all day until 8pm most days of the week.
