I went into select Carmarthen needing various cables and plugs, also needed a new phone (knew what one I wanted) and AirPods. I was greeted by a guy called Nathan and I explained I was in but of a hurry. Within 5 minutes all cables, plugs, the iPhone I wanted and AirPods were on the counter and being processed. He fitted a screen protector for me as well. In and out in 15 minutes. Great service, thanks.

We have used Select twice recently to help with serious charging problems on first a MacBook and then on an iPhone - on both occasions they were able to diagnose and resolve the problems in store and within a few minutes (we thought the devices would have to be sent away for repair). We were late to one of the appointments but they still saw us with no issues. Very reasonably priced and we were very satisfied with service levels and friendly staff.

Was really impressed with the service I received from both Eliott and Mitch. I had an issue with my Mac. charger and their knowledge, professionalism and interaction was excellent! The issue was resolved in a relatively short space of time, and they both gave great advice. I can highly recommend this store for their friendliness and the very high level of service. Da iawn! Took an elderly friend into the Carmarthen store this afternoon re upgrading an iPad. We were greeted and served by Elliott who went out of his way to help! I cannot praise him enough! As both a branch and Company, Select should be very proud in having such a polite and helpful person on its team! Diolch yn fawr iawn Elliott!

Amazing Customer Service!

I don't usually leave reviews but having seen some of the negative reviews here I had to share my experience.

I visited Stormfront today with a faulty iPhone 8, not only did they accommodate the fact that I asked to change my appointment time, they took photos, authorised details with main office and gave me a new phone (as mine was under warranty) all within the space of 2/3 hours!

The staff were amazing! We spoke to Amy(?) Richard and Mitch. All three were very professional, efficient and friendly. I was kept in the loop with all updates whilst waiting for head office too. Just really pleased with their service and was glad to speak to a team that clearly knew their stuff and like to get things done!
Definitely where I'll be going to buy any apple products in future!

Given how clumsy I am when it comes to my phone, I'm in here almost all the time. Great staff, professional service

I don’t usually post a review but felt this one was needed! Being in west wales I didn’t want to travel to Cardiff to get the help I needed so i went into Stormfront to get some help. The person I was greeted by was lovely and I mistakenly didn’t make an appointment to see a technician! They managed to get me seen to within the hour and my issue was resolved with a very small service charge. Would recommend highly. Thank you all who helped me

I have nothing but praise to give for the staff and services at Stormfront Carmarthen. I am a regular, repeat customer and have never had a bad experience. Recently I visited to sort out a cracked screen protector on my iPhone. This was replaced quickly and easily. Unfortunately there was a fault with the particular piece of glass I had fitted so I went back in and no quibble - replaced immediately. I'm sad to see so the bad reviews on here as these guys don't deserve it! Rich and Andy and the team have always been brilliant and gone out of their way to provide an excellent and friendly service to me and my family over the years. We've had experience buying a Mac desktop, an iPad, an iPad mini and three phones from here and always had a brilliant experience. Highly recommend them!

Walked in really confused with something that was made to look so simple by Eliot he sorted everything out with in 5 minutes and showed me what todo when I done it on my own. Very very clever bloke and new exactly what I needed todo.
I will be returning because of Eliot.

I had an absolutely great experience in my local store!! I went in looking for a MacBook and I was in the store for a total of maybe 20 minutes, when I found the Mac I wanted, received it, and went through the easy upgrade process. The staff were great, friendly and all ensured at every stage I was happy and also included me in the process, they had shown me the process and applications whilst going through and explaining everything to me.
Great atmosphere however, the heat was a little excessive. It's very clear the air conditioning isn't working, very very hot!!

I went to store on Friday with a badly damaged iPhone, I made an appointment to see one of their in-store techs who told me what I already knew, the device was unserviceable. They gave me a cheaper option of an out of warranty service replacement which was cheaper than buying a new iPhone X. They booked the device in and had to run some tests, luckily they had a replacement in stock and I had another one within the hour. The team in store were lovely and done everything they said they were going to do!

Having purchased many Apple products at the Stormfront store over the years I have found the staff to be polite and informative. I would like to extend a personal thanks to both Dec and Mitch for their extremely helpful advice and friendly assistance for my recent purchases, (despite the ‘d elays’ for my iPhone 13 Pro Max 🥺😄and my Apple Watch 7.)

Went in to get a iPad Pro screen protector and I was met with a polite young gentleman who made sure we bought the correct item. The store is very clean, fresh and staff are polite. Highly recommend

Superb service, really helpful. Fitted us in on the day we contacted them. Richard served us and he was extremely helpful and approachable. Problem was rectified within minutes. Extremely happy with the service, having access to an apple service in West Wales is such an asset as only other alternative is Cardiff. Would very highly recommend.

My Macbook pro recently refused to start up. After a little research it looked as though the graphics card was to blame. There was a recall on my machine but I was out of guarantee. I handed the macbook over to Storefront and due to some EEC regs the laptop was eligible for repair.
I received it back and working within a week which was great service.
The staff at Storefront in Carmarthen are a young group of people, very knowledgable and very helpful. It was a comfortable experience discussing the problem I had with the laptop. I`m not good with computers so I didn`t want too much detail just a sensible approach, which is what I got. When I had the laptop back and working without a huge bill - that really was a result. Very pleased with Stormfront.

Would like to say a massive thank you too Natalie and the team for all their help on Saturday, Natalie couldn’t do enough went above and beyond to help, massive thanks, Select should be proud of her as an employee 🌟
