Notoriously busy on a bank holiday Monday but needs must!

Being in the b&q club we had vouchers and a new project was calling which needed worktops. Had help loading the worktop onto a trolly as well as help splitting the order up to maximise the voucher usage!

Great store well laid out with lots of bargains often

Called the carmarthen branch today with an exchange query , spoke to Mandy who with further advice from Wayne both gave me great service and advice about my paint choosing and colours exchange dilema . Thanks very much to you both.

Purchased a cordless hedge trimmer and was met by one of the staff called Billy at the tills. What a great guy to have working there. I asked about his accent and he explained he was from Chigaco. So friendly and helpful at the express checkout.

I visited the Carmarthen branch today and found myself locked out of my car with the key in the ignition. Chris, who was working on the checkouts was a real star in helping me access my vehicle. He went above and beyond. Thank you.

Well merchandised. Good range of products, for DIY and gardening. Not too busy.

We were helped by Billy in store today who went above and beyond to help us, he carried our items into the car and helped us unfold our seats and place everything inside carefully. Can honestly say I’ve never experienced such amazing customer service from someone before. B&Q are lucky to have you Billy! Thank you for all your help.

Got there at 8.10am today. Very short staffed but went above and beyond to help my daughter and I.
Matt loaded 8 big bags of bark into my car even though he had 4 other jobs to do. Couldnt be more helpful.
I have always had excellent service from this store.

Went in for decorative stones and saw some plants that I thought my sister would like, garden assistant was brilliant because I don't know anything about plants, she advised me on the best dog friendly plants so bought a few. Happy shopper. Great staff. Beautiful plants.

As always a great selection of DIY, household items and Christmas cheer. Plenty of staff on hand to help and we found everything on our list.
3pm on a Tuesday, very quiet for easy parking and peaceful shopping.

Went looking for a garden vac. Very helpful young man took it out of box and put it together for me to see how much hassle it was. The old one I had you could go from blowing the leaves etc to sucking them into the bag by the flick of a switch, this one sadly not. So I told him no thank you and sorry for being a pain. He replied that he was glad to have helped and I left the shop having had quite a pleasant experience.

Easy to get to, check stock online before you go.
I’m a tradesman and they sell quite a few things cheaper than Screwfix and Toolstation, and the Mrs likes it too.

Really understanding, patient and helpful staff; they gave me an 'off the shelf' solution to my kitchen upgrade, when their competitors pushed me to much more expensive, custom designs.

Great service, a very nice knowledgable man named Andy helped me find what I wanted in the gardening area then another excellent member of staff named Nia was on the checkout.They both made me feel valued and are a credit to the company.

I ordered some items online. Click and collect in store was quick and efficient. The remaining part of my order was due for home delivery. However when I tried to arrange a date the first possible was in 3 months time. I opted for a refund as I was unable to wait that long. This was again handled quickly and efficiently in store without any quibble.
Disappointed I couldn't get all the items I wanted, but the staff in store couldn't have handled it any better. Thank you

I have visited this store several times lately and have found the staff that work there very helpful and friendly. The store holds a wide variety of products for all DIY enthusiasts and professional trades people. I was shocked however when I went in to buy some more of the "Good home" 10Ltr Montreal masonry paint, to find that it gone up from £25 per 10Ltr to £40 per 10 Ltr!!!!. I had to buy it as I was on the end of a job. This rise has taken place in less than a month. Its good paint but I think the £15 increase is nothing short of greed.

Great service, no fantastic service...Emma who helped my daughter and myself with worktops, cabinets and all the questions that go with it was very friendly and very knowledgeable.
We felt nothing was too much trouble. Lovely to see assistants actually helping and and happy.

Just want to thank all the staff in the plumbing section - late Saturday night and they were all truly so helpful in advising us with our emergency toilet purchase - thank you it fitted perfectly and our Airbnb guests arrived with a perfectly working bathroom. Staff are always friendly and helpful. the store does not always stock what I am looking for, but it is not a warehouse size.

Excellent service from Leslie Evans in the kitchen design department. So patient and experienced in getting the right detail for our kitchen. Always found the staff helpful and the prices fair.

Visited several times over the last 3 months. Every member of staff helpful pleasant and knowledgeable about their particular station. Ordered a kitchen. Good delivery on date and time. Everything accounted for and in good order. Recommend.
