Shane and his team did two separate jobs for us. One was to repair a leak in the roof and the other to replace the fascias, soffits and guttering on our bungalow.
Both jobs were completed quickly and efficiently with little noise and mess. Although the second job was delayed due to the recent weather, we were kept informed of the situation and it was rescheduled, with Phil and Callum working at the weekend to get it completed. Materials used were of good quality and we are very happy with the final result.

Fantastic from start to finish! Shane came to see us at a time convenient to us. Our work was split into two parts. We needed a dry verge system installation on our gable end to improve the weather protection. Installation was swift and used quality products. The second job was to completely replace a large flat roof covering the garage and utility room. This was delayed by the recent weather but Shane kept us well informed of the delays and updated the timescale accordingly. When the weather gave them a chance to do the work it was completed in a day and a half: Old roof removed, a small correction to a part that drained the wrong, multi layer felt system for waterproofing and a solar paint applied to help improve insulation.
Very happy with the result and would strongly recommend them to friends and family.

Shane was prompt and on time for my free quote, within minutes of talking to him, I knew I'd found the right company. The upfront and honest approach gave me every confidence in booking him straight away. The previous quote was £200 cheaper however the work carried out would have been insufficient. Martin the roofer came around and stripped back the tiles at the side of the damaged gully, replace the gully, rotten membrane, boards where required, and tiles where worn or broken. The concrete used was a waterproof mix which sealed the job. They also sorted out some pointing at the front, around my lead work on the bay window. Fantastic job very happy customers.

Had facia and soffits replaced by Palace Roofline Shane who came too see us was very professional told us what was entailed in the replacement gave us a good quote and kept us informed when they would come.

On the day of the work Phil and Calum who were the installers turned up on time very polite and professional they did a amazing job and no mess was left behind.

He came out to give us a quote and talked through different options. Martin arrived on the day to do the job on time and was friendly and professional, a really nice guy. They did a great, neat job. Would highly recommend this company. Phil and Callum were an excellent team, they worked well together. We had soffits and Fascia fitted and what a difference this has made to the look of our house. They were very tidy workers and left no mess and their work is top quality. Shane kept me up to date with installation times . A very professional company.
