Amazing service all round. From the office team right down to the roofers themselves.

They saw to us very promptly from when we first got in touch about our roof. When the guys came to install roof vents they were very professional and quick! Would definitely recommend.

Just had my roof redone and the guys did a fantastic job. They also came to quote the next day when I first contacted them, started the job/put up the scaffolding when they said they would and were always contactable/at the end of the phone for questions, which was great.

Just a few words to sum up the service and quality I've had from Perfect seal.

After being scammed by a cowboy roofer (that causes numerous issues and damage) Perfect seal were happy to provide a roofing report for me (for legal proceedings). Following this, I had numerous conversations and quotes from Perfect seal. Trying to find the best solution to the roofing and guttering issues. They were all too happy to help in anyway.
After several months we were able to finally give the green light for a full roof replacement, liquid flat roof, fascias and guttering replaced. The work was carried out to a superb standard. Any snags and issues were resolved promptly and the job wasn't signed off until I was 100% happy, which I am 😁
All future roofing projects will be done through Perfect Seal, why settle for anything less than perfection?

Perfect seal repaired the roof of my small bay window. They were professional throughout the process, excellent in communicating what work needed to be undertaken and prompt in their delivery. It's early days, so the roof has yet to be tested, but it looks good and I have no reason to doubt its not excellent.

***Update*** - bay window still absolutely fine and so have had perfect seal back to do a garage roof. As before professional throughout, and the new roof looks really good.

Great job came exactly when they said and was very tidy so no mess to clear up after! We had a slight problem and had to have them back out, they came out really quick and sorted everything out. I have already recommended them to a family member and wouldn’t have a problem recommending them in the future.

Perfect Seal were booked in to replace our roof and also to carry out pointing to the house. The weather has been awful throughout the project but they have managed to carry out a sterling job. The guys have really worked hard and the roof and pointing look really good.

Communication has been great and Justine has been really helpful. I would definitely recommend Perfect Seal Roofing.

Great service from Perfect Seal. They came out quickly and gave a very reasonable quote for a re-roof. They worked around our schedule (not wanting the roofing and scaffolding up during the 6weeks holidays) and got us booked in for early September.
All the lads worked hard and did a great job on our roof (lots of the neighbours have been commenting on how nice it is!)
Justine went above and beyond helping to recommend other trades men for other work needing doing. We are really pleased with their work.

They replaced an old worn out felt roof with a fiberglass one, including covering the parapets, widening the outlet and joining to an adjacent roofed area.
They are knowledgeable and friendly people, with good prices, and I recommend them.

I am very grateful for the way in which Perfect Seal Roofing communicated with me while work was being done on our roof. Weather was bad so there were days when work could not be done. Excellent service from minute one - posted on a trade website and Perfect Seal were in touch very quickly. Came out to provide a quote a day or so later, good value and provided a written quote. Came out to perform work soon after, very professional and friendly. Highly recommend this company.

Used this company via a neighbour's recommendation. We had a leak in our roof and Perfect Seal provided a quote which was fair. Due to bad weather putting their work back, they were unable to perform the work straight away but set good expectations, keeping me up to date via email and completed the work in line with what they had set. I was impressed with both the customer services and the repair itself. Would recommend.

Callum came out to give a quote for a garage roof repair. He worked around us as my husband had a hospital appointment the day Callum wanted to come out. He said the work would be done within 2 weeks. I was phoned up 11 days later to say they could come out to do the work. I was so grateful as the damp was getting into my dining room causing problems. They did a good job which didn't take too long. I am so grateful to Perfect Seal Roofing and would recommend them.

From the moment we spoke to Justine,we knew we were in safe, reliable and honest hands . Justine listened to our problem that we needed sorting and coolly and calmly helped us.She arranged for Richard to call round the very same day to have a look at what we needed doing.

This is the third time we've used Perfect Seal Roofing and the work was again undertaken to a high standard. This time we had a new dry ridge system installed then new putty to replace the mortar on the sides of the valley, which was starting to crack.

All comms were answered quickly and the team were polite and patient with my queries and questions and provided photos when asked.

There was some delay due to bad weather and also staff shortages but we were kept updated on the delays.

What can I say!!! I was recommended Perfect Seal by my cousin at NRC. I'm so glad he did! I called and was greeted by a very efficient Jus, that was a good start. I am always sceptical as I have been let down so many times by other tradespeople. I arranged a date for a survey to be carried out and they arrived on time. At this point I'm gaining much more confidence. They came back to me quickly with a quote which was very reasonable so I called to arrange for the work to be carried out. Within two weeks the job was done! Total confidence! The roofers went above and beyond fixing little jobs on my roof which I hadn't even asked for! I was so pleased when when I came home to a perfect roof front and back and a rebuilt chimney. I would happily recommend this company. I received a fantastic service from start to finish. Really pleased with work carried out by Perfect Seal roofing. I had flashing repairs to my velux windows plus lead work replacement. The team were efficient, professional and kept the job neat and tidy.
