Firstly. Customer service is always amazing. Very welcoming and great.
Frozen reptile food is the cheapest, great sizes and best quality. Lots of selections.
Shop is clean, well presentable and tidy. Well stocked, fantastic prices and lots on offer.
Young woman is helpful, patient and gives fantastic service.
Brilliant little shop. Been a returning customer for a few years.

I went in on Friday May 26th, looking for Mantids, as a Google search said that they sold them. Upon arrival I looked at their insects and they had no Mantids. The lady there told me where to look and even showed me on her notebook.
I consider that very professional and friendly service. Would definitely do business with them.
