Meds always on time. Always prepared before I turn up. Check my blood pressure when I ask. Query things and offer their help. Have warned me on med interactions before which is adverse event prevention.

Rude & disorganised - often don't have my medication and when I ask for advice "not my problem ring your doctor." Horrible attitude

Extremely disorganised. Went for COVID and Flu jabs but there were people ahead of us who'd been waiting ages. We walked out. Would have taken hours if we'd waited. We'll rebook at a larger more efficient medical practice.

Really bad service. Booked a vaccination few days ago and when I went for it they just said they don’t have it and to now try elsewhere. No remorse.
