Pets at Home Burscough

First time I had ever called there . I was after live meal worms . The ladies in Pets at home Burscough were really helpful and polite. I remember the staff being really cheerful. Nice!

Excellent store very helpful and always plenty of stock which I've also noticed is stacked neat and tidy on the shelves with all labels front and facing. Either someone has OCD or they are just perfect at what they do.

Update; things have gone down here slightly there are certain flavours of food or flavours of treats that they seem to be sold out all the time. It cant be a supply problem as they have plenty of other flavours. They must be popular varieties but if they are available to order online for delivery to the store then the store should have them on the shelves

Beth was absolutely fantastic. Me and my partner are getting a puppy and she gave us advice, tips, and tricks; she also showed us the Petsathome app, which saved us money. We will definitely be back. She is a credit to your team, and the wider company.

This store so one of the best I've ever been in .the staff welcome your pets with open arms .

Just bought a puppy in Liverpool and decided to get a few bits and Bob's from here as we was passing. Very friendly and helpful staff. 10/10

The staff here are so kind and passionate about your pet it is no wonder I recommend this place to everyone who has a pet of their own. In fact the place was recommended to me in the first place. The store has a vets upstairs at the back and whether you are visiting for just supplies, or taking your pet in for routine treatment, or even if you have to bring your pet to the vets in an emergency you are always welcomed with a kind, polite and professional manner. The staff are knowledgeable and give you reassurance your pet is in good hands. The prices are good and you'll be hard pushed to get a better service anywhere else. They're complete care package is amazing and takes the stress off trying to remember when treatment is for your pet as they remind you. I'd give them 6 stars if I could.

Our much loved little dog hasn't been himself for a few days. We were seen the same day we rang for an appointment.
The vet was very gentle and reassuring to both Socks and myself. Just the sort of care you need when you're anxious. Thank you.

Took my miniature poodle, Teddy to the groom room at Burscough and was absolutely delighted with the service received. Georgina took the time to discuss Teddy's cut and what I wanted. He looked gorgeous following his groom and was obviously very happy with the time spent there. Will definitely be returning. Highly recommend

Our dog was very poorly but within a few days the vet had diagnosed his condition and had started the treatment to save him!
We were given lots of advice and everything was explained in detail. We are very grateful to all the staff at Vet's for Us. Would highly recommend them.

The man who served me was absolutely helpful, he went out of his way to help me get my app as I have been having trouble with it nothing was to much trouble, wished that I had got his name.

Very friendly staff, the store is clean and tidy with a wide selection to choose from.

My friend was buying a hamster, she had a little idea how to look after them but we needed more details about what they need and how to look after them. A girl called Jenn helped us to pick hamster enclosure and talked through how to approach a hamster in the first few weeks. Very knowledgeable, very friendly and very understanding. Give the girl managers job. BTW the shop looks well organised and very clean in comparison to other pets at home shops.

We very unexpectedly had to have our very much loved dog, Harley put to sleep. I want to say how caring and professional the staff were. Really comforted by a card n personal remembrance things sent to us a few days later.

We have taken our cat here to the vets. The vets were friendly and very knowledgeable , putting our minds at ease. Would not go anywhere else now.
The shop is great , large selection of items and the staff are friendly and are willing to advise if need help.
