Hills Ford Kidderminster

Recently purchased my new Fiesta from Hills Ford Kidderminster.

I will admit I was a little apprehensive going in however I shouldn’t have worried as the service I received was extremely good.

Dealt with Kris Mooney with the sale and also my part exchange.

Kris was extremely friendly and approachable, a joy to deal with and I didn’t feel pressured into anything. I had visited another dealer not too far away in the same day and didn’t feel I had received the same level of service or friendliness.

Also dealt with Chris Jenkins for the extended warranty and service plan which I took out. Again he was extremely helpful.

All in all I couldn’t fault the service received from Hills Ford. Everything was relaxed and went so smoothly and would happily use them for any future purchases.

Recently brought a car from Hills Ford garage, used this garage a few times. Kris Mooney was the chap who helped me, I had a car and figure in mind, and he helped me find the suitable car, in budget and supported with changing the finance over. Due to my hours at work, email was my preferred method of contact and I had such quick and accurate response, making the whole process smooth. Love my new car too!

My experience at Hills Ford Kidderminster was positive because the young salesman was excellent . A real credit to your organization. His manager was also very good. Other dealerships we have been to are very pushy with selling all the add ons. This wasn't the case with yourself. I did decided to buy the service plan as the benefit's of taking this out made sense to me . Overall I was very impressed with everything . I would certainly come back to you again . .

Having just recently purchased a new Ford Puma from Hills Ford Kidderminster I must say what excellent service I received from the salesman Kris Mooney through the whole process. As Ford were giving the Puma a facelift i had to wait a few months but Kris kept me informed and contacted me when I was able to place my order. He made the whole process simple as I wanted my own number plate assigned to my car. Nothing was too much trouble for him.
He always answered my calls or returned them if he was unavailable.
I would definitely purchase again from them and would highly recommend them to others.

Hills had the car we wanted in stock (model, spec and added extras). Absolutely delighted we gave them a try rather than stick with our local dealers. We were able to trade our car in, get a great finance deal and complete all the paperwork from home. On top of that they arranged to deliver the new car and take away our old one. Will definitely be looking at what Hills can offer when our next car comes up for renewal, thanks Becky for making it so easy.

Got my new used car through Becky at Hills Ford, made things super easy and when I had an issue with my reg plate they sorted it right away. Car is lovely and it came super clean, good options for servicing and extras, didnt take those out myself but very happy with the service. Also just want to note that it was nice to be spoken to correctly, I've purchased cars before when I have been spoken down to my cars salesmen and it was refreshing to be treated with respect so thank you becky!

Couldn’t have had better service from these guys, special shout out to Kris Mooney, 10/10 customer service, he went above and beyond to get me the right car/deal for me. They are a friendly, reliable team, making customers feel welcome and at ease! The cups of tea are a bonus too. I was even driven to the post office to tax my new car. Went to Hills Ford to look for a new car after being recommended by my dad, he had received excellent service when he purchased a new car, and i also received this same level of excellent service as soon as i got there. Initially i had only planned to browse for a new car, but actually ended up purchasing a car on the day!
Becky was fantastic, she was friendly and very helpful. She went out of her way to find me a car that was within my budget and had the spec i was looking for. Nothing seemed like to much trouble. I also dealt with Chris, who was also very friendly and helpful.
When i collected my new car the following week, Becky was on hand to sort all the finishing details and she even set my phone up within the car which was very handy. The whole experience at Hills Ford in Kidderminster was excellent and i highly recommend them.

Amazing experience to get my car serviced. It was finished nice and quick for a great price too. The place was nice and clean and all staff were friendly. Had a look around at some cars whilst i was there and Daniel the manager was more than happy to show us around the new cars in stock and give us some prices to look at. 10/10 will be back.

Purchased a 2022 Ford Puma. Got a great price for our trade-in car. Becky was amazingly friendly and helped us though ever stage of our purchase.

I would like to express my gratitude to sales representative Joe for his assistance with a sales inquiry after regular working hours. I arrived without realizing that the dealership was on the verge of closing, but Joe kindly offered to show me the car despite the late hour. Most people would have simply stated, "Sorry, we're closed now." I appreciate Joe's helpfulness on that day.

Becky was just great ! Nothing was too much trouble and everything went so smoothly considering it was all done remotely via email. Messages were both received and answered promptly and she sourced the best deal and a fabulous car ! Travelled from Chester to collect my new Puma at the weekend from Hills Ford. They offered a great price and good value for my PX. Big shout out for Charley, it was like talking to one of our friends, we never felt being ‘sold’, he was always quick to answer our calls and respond on WhatsApp, made the buying & PX process very easy. Well worth the 4 hour round trip, a great car and great dealership, so pleased to have come across them.

Fantastic service from Hills Ford especially Sales Executive Kris Mooney, my wife recently took delivery of her new Puma and the whole process was a most pleasurable experience, we were always greeted with a friendly smile, Kris was so thorough with all procedures even spent an hour showing us how the controls on the car function and setting up the Ford Pass app.
