Gillian made us so welcome. We were wet through & tired out but felt much better after checking in. Lovely quiet Travelodge in great location. WaterMill close by for excellent food too. Would come back again, for sure!

We hadn't planned to stay overnight while helping a friend for an extra day, so we booked a room & it worked out great. There's a gorgeous pub opposite the hotel where you can relax with a drink or enjoy a meal. Perfect combo.

Great travelodge, nice staff, dog friendly, clean comfortable rooms and a lovely park right across the road for walking the dog. I would also add that the other dog walkers in the park were such a nice friendly people that made my stay enjoyable.

Great value, nice sized rooms, heated well on cold nights, tea and coffee included, plenty of hot water, friendly staff, offered us a second door key, we were given a phone number if there was any issues getting in late at night (didn’t need it but nice to know you wouldn’t be locked out). Plenty of spaces for car park and there’s a road outside if there’s no spaces.
The only negative thing would be a large old stain on the mattress looked disgusting so I’m surprised they don’t put zip up waterproof covers on their mattresses.

I had a very nice time at this Travelodge. Only a short 20 minute walk from the Severn Valley Railway. After getting all the way back home I realised I accidentally left a treasured possession of mine, in the room I stayed in. Fortunately the hotel staff saved this possession and with their help I had it posted back home safe and sound. Very helpful staff, especially in being able to speak to them directly on the phone.

Excellent staff, very welcoming. Ginny and Nancy deserve a special mention as they were so helpful and warm hearted.
Rooms were clean and a good size. Tea, coffee, etc., could be topped up at any time if required. Pub opposite provided good meals at reasonable prices. Worked well as a base whilst visiting the West Midland Safari Park.

We stayed here for 2 nights and I must say for a Travelodge I was surprised. It was clean, comfortable and the staff were friendly. The window in the room opened which allowed air into the room as there isn't air conditioning. The shower was hot and powerful. The town is within walking distance. I would recommend and stay here again.

Convenient site, adequate free parking, clean room with individual heating, lift to all floors, limitless hot shower, online booking and payment, efficient and quick check-in. Friendly staff.

I have stayed here several times. It is amazingly cheap. I am mystified by the occasional adverse reviews.

The staff here have been fantastic going above and beyond. They found emergency accommodation for us when we needed rooms for our residents with no notice. Nothing was too much bother and they checked we had everything we needed. Can't thank the manager and her staff enough!!

2 night stay, room lovely and clean, plenty of free parking, Jenny at reception always has a smile on her face and happy to help!

Fantastic from start to finish! Cherie on reception went above and beyond for us. So friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Rooms were clean and value for money. Excellent location for the railway and safari park. Would not hesitate to stay again thank you so much. Once again a massive thank you to Cherie who made the stay even more fantastic.

Easy to find friendly staff good value for money

A perfect place for an overnight or couple of night stops. Very basic rooms with little decor but very clean, with comfortable beds, small TV, and kettle for a hot drink.
We needed an accessible room and it was perfect for that. The bathroom was modern and up to date for accessibility. Lots of grab rails. Lower basin and toilet. Wonderful walk in shower.
There is plenty of parking but WiFi is not free.
The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming.
Lastly, there is a nice pub just across the carpark for meals !

We are very happy returning customers. Great location, free car parking. Lovely walks along the Stour to Weavers Wharf shopping centre. Watermill pub and restaurant opposite. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Very happy recommend this Travelodge to others.

The staff were so welcoming and helpful nothing was to much trouble. We had a really peaceful nights sleep and the park nearby was great to walk my dog. My little furbaby was made to feel really welcome too and he had a great nights sleep also. Thank you and we will be back again and definitely recommend you to family and friends x

Fantastic value for money here. Very clean all round, good size rooms and comfy beds. Pub over the road is perfect for dinner or a drink and Travelodge guests get a discount! Nancy on reception really goes the extra mile to make sure that guests are happy. Didn't want to leave!

Very clean. Had the disabled room. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The manager Cherie was the most helpful person we could wish for. She went above and beyond the call of duty. Other members of staff were extremely helpful. We would certainly book there again . Thank you everyone

Amazing all round - I booked a 2 night stay for a nearby wedding. I paid for early check-in and just had to call for the receptionist to come out upon arrival. The young lady who helped (I believe was a supervisor) was amazing - very friendly and helpful and even booked a taxi for us for the following day. She couldn’t do enough to help which made the whole stay a pleasure. The cleaning staff in the hallway were also pleasant and polite. I’d throughly recommend this Travelodge - the rooms were clean with comfortable beds, lovely hot showers and plenty of parking. You get 30mins Travelodge wifi free or you pay for extra (or you walk to the pub opposite and they have free wifi 😉). The location is ideal with the large park area across the road, the pub opposite with the canal behind and the shops a 15min walk away. If i needed to stop in this area again I would definitely book here.
