I purposely shop here as the prices are better than other shops in Winchester (tidal) and the staff are always friendly and really helpful. Also the selection of kits is good and the selection of vape juices is huge. Overall great place to go for vaping products!

All the staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. They take their time with each customer and are happy to talk you through anything. Very good selection and reasonably proved.

Excellent service! Mitch went above and beyond to answer to all my questions. Very knowledgeable and polite. I visited Vaporium as looking online for my first vaping kit was overwhelming but Mitch helped me find exactly what I needed. I went again the following day as I had some queries and once again I got excellent and friendly service. Highly recommend! Now I can understand all the 5-star reviews on google!

Not been to a vape shop for years, kept ordering same stuff over and over from online stores, coukd not try anything new so decided to change that, got a fantastic service from staff and new recomendations, very happy I went will definately go back

They always go the extra mile be it helping you find the right juice or vape. They have been super helpful not only did they get my vape set up but when ever I'd pop in they would answer all my questions and I had a lot lol
6+ months down the line my vape was having some issues (My fault) and they were so patient and professional I didn't feel rushed on any of my visits.
If they can't fix the product or find an adequate alternative they make it their business to find a way to make you happy.

Everyone of the staff is very friendly. They really know there products and make excellent recommendations. One of the staff even caught up with me after I left about 500m down the road when I left my purchase on the counter so really provide a 5 star service. I now use only this vape shop for all my stuff and their prices are comparable to online shopping.

First time popping in on the off chance, and it's not often I am amazed at service and the price. But I must have to say these guys were amazing, friendly, welcoming, informative, and just down right brilliant, I am and have been a very loyal customer to one base however I now feel from a very brief experience I will be a new regular here. Only came in for a quick visit for CBD juices. Was pleasantly surprised to see a nice selection at great prices. Even though they've just opened, they have arranged the shop to boast their range well. I'd recommend everyone to try them out. Sam was very helpful and I'm more than impressed with what they have on offer. Will definitely be coming back. The kiwi, mango and guava 300mg CBD was delicious!! Thank you!
