Costa Coffee

Busy, as expected on a main high street. At off peak hours it’s spacious and small queues, staff are very friendly and even gave a free cookie with my latte. There is some outdoor seating and plenty of space inside

Decent coffee as always in Costa. Huge queue and nowhere to sit as it was full. Christmas Market was on and it was a Wednesday.....possibly just picked a very busy time. I'm sure ordinarily it's a great store - one of the biggest I've visited for coffee. My takeaway latte and Christmas pie were well needed.

Costa is always fabulous and this one is no exception! Super friendly staff - one young lady went put of her way to help me when I had a problem with the disabled toilet. Coffee was first class and the cakes the girls had were fresh and tasty

Lovely experience, Baristas were very social and kind. Crowded but they managed to do their job superbly. Atmosphere was chill and the radio was on a comfortable volume. Great selection of both food and drink, usually dissatisfied with Costas but this one was a very nice experience overall. No complaints and if the higher-ups see this, give the staff (especially the short black lady and the tall young white guy) a raise because they deserve it.

I love Costa Coffee and the breakfast wrap they do, even scrambled egg and tomato in it. Staff friendly happy and professional thank you.

I hope the management of Costa read this. There was one single member of staff available after 2 other employees didn't show up. The gentleman in charge was incredible. I was there for 4 hours working on my laptop while he was constantly serving without a 1 min break for fresh air. Never complained in front of the customers about his predicament - just soldiered on. I can't remember his name - but I imagine he is a manager of sorts as he had keys to open up - but he deserves a raise. On the other hand however; you need to find employees who are reliable, because a lot of customers turned away after seeing the lengthy line forming and the number of dirty plates and cups building up on the tables due to their being no one available to clean up. Well done sole employee for your incredible effort that day.

Costa coffee is what it is. Great coffee, lots of choice. Good surroundings. Clean and tidy. Update, table spacing improved. Still great coffee.

Coffee & Wrap perfect. Paintwork getting tired. Beginning to become a web cafe. More and more people buying 1 drink and and taking up a table with their laptop's for at least hour and half. Which is really selfish . You need to stop this costa now before it gets out of hand

Went in this morning and enjoyed a lovely bacon roll and a really nice latte. I don’t like a great deal of coffee and I asked how many shots there was in their medium latte and was provided with details and the man really kindly said if I didnt like it he’d make a new one with more or less shots in. So kind.

It’s was all really clean and tidy despite being busy with graduation visitors and the mid-morning rush.

Served by Kira, who put my coffee through the till, applied my discount and then made sure my coffee was made quickly and efficiently. This was fantastic service on a rainy day, when there was a large queue and a lot to do! Very happy!

Always like a Costa, we have their breakfast deal often...best toast around also, very clean, there is often a wait, but worth it. If you time it "just right" you can avoid the long queues. Toasted sarnies are amazing...relaxed, ideal place for a catch up.

Tried my limited Polish out on the staff!! They were very cheerful about it and despite my poor efforts praised me for trying and made me laugh. What a nice team they are at this branch! Coffee delicious as always!

Really lovely, might need more staff as only one till was running the times I've gone in, but lovely staff, well maintained clean environment and great quality drinks (high praise coming from an ex-barista).

Our coffee was a bit cold at first but they gave us new ones and were very sorry. One thing to improve on would be to get male and female toilets. But other than that well done. 5 stars from me!

As of coming today, I had a lovely experience with a nice atmosphere to fit. The people that served me were sweet and did everything they could to make the experience as best as they can. Overall lovely place and lovely coffee!

Costa is always great - excellent tasting coffee, pleasant staff, loyalty plan, what's not to like? Whenever we're in Winchrster and fancy a coffee, we always go to Costa - so glad they opened an outlet right in the heart of this fabulous city.

Really good coffee shop. Great service. Was busy waited a bit but was worth waiting for as drinks where great and the lemon muffin was to die for. The place was clean and organised and tables being cleared. Well done I will be returning and recommend the cold brew to everyone 😊

Always a lovely place to stop after shopping or when it is too rainy to make the trip home. Never had a bad experience or bad drink here. The staff are very pleasant and always make me feel welcome.
