White Hart Hotel

Stayed for one night and wish it was longer! Room was beautiful, very high standard of decor with thick carpet, lots of storage, lots of space and a very large comfy bed. Bathroom spacious with a luxury bath with products provided including a hair dryer. No air con but there was a fan. Didn’t hear any noise despite being near the stairs due to the layout. Location is perfect although with drinks and food in the restaurant, you do not need to step out! All staff encountered were very friendly, welcoming and polite especially Reece, Ian and Tanesha!

Visited for a Sunday lunch with family, so I can't comment on the rooms. The food was lovely, thick cuts of beef, and the creamy leeks were wonderful. Everyone enjoyed their food, and there was a good selection of lunches on the menu. The restaurant was very nicely decorated with some lovely original sculptures, especially the gorilla. Very reasonably priced, will definitely return.

And the evening meal is really well cooked and huge portions.

I stayed with my mum for 3 nights and was absolutely blown away! What a stunning hotel! The rooms were wonderfully bright, modern and clean. The decor is gorgeous and the downstairs restaurant is super elegant. They have a cosy fire as soon as you walk in and staff were super lovely.
Apparently they've just been taken over by new owners so when we booked a few months ago it was booked with breakfast included where as now I think it's an additional charge on top of the room rate but l'd absolutely recommend booking in for breakfast if so. Plenty of options and all super fresh.
We tried the restaurant on one of the evenings too and they had fancy cocktails to choose from and the food again was just incredible... homemade onion rings, homemade chips, incredibly juicy burger and super attentive staff who made you feel so well looked after.
Nothing was ever too much hassle (my mum personalised almost everything on the breakfast menu) and they managed to hit everything spot on! She's a fussy one!
The ONLY down side was one of the rooms didn't get any WiFi but they were happy to switch our rooms so everything was sorted pretty quickly.

Brilliant stay at the hotel, rooms were lovely and the service was great. I even left my AirPod at the hotel and Ian was kind enough to post it back to me for free. Highly recommend!

Just eaten Sunday dinner at the White Hart hotel in Uttoxeter, well done to the chef dinner was amazing, ordered the sirloin beef, generous slices of sirloin beef large yorkshire pudding and generous helping of different vegetables, served nice and hot, service was fantastic, waitress friendly very little waiting time before dinner arrived.

Attentive staff. Great menu. Tasty home made food. Wonderful service. Will be back again for sure.

Went for Sunday lunch, which was very nice with good staff.
Big problem was parking as not much space as used by others so make sure you allow time in case you have to park elsewhere.

A lovely couple of nights spent here, great food and service, the rooms were very clean and comfortable

Reece the manager here is fantastic, always makes you feel welcome, chefs serve a good meal and staff always friendly!

Went for lunch. Good service. Lovely food. Excellent value for money.

I attended this venue for a private function, so I didn't actually get to view the hotel or stay in one of its rooms.

The bar however was lovely, as was the carvery they served us. The bar staff were friendly & the bar had a nice atmosphere, with the fire place burning the bar felt really cosy.

Very nice, clean hotel with lovely rooms and plenty of space. The food served at the bar was very good and the drinks were great as well. We had such a lovely stay there! Bed was so comfortable it was hard to leave it in the morning, and I felt really rested.

Friendly staff, great breakfast comfortable bed all things that the white hart excelled at. Considering it's a pub bellow the music wasn't too loud at the weekend and finished early. WiFi was had good coverage and decent speed.
Downers, we did struggle to get the shower decently hot, would of liked a bigger TV in the room, but that was only because rugby was on

Sorry the bowl is empty, but it was too good to waste, so my photograph shows it beforehand. The three course dinner was all beautiful. A choice of small or large dishes. That was the small prawn cocktail bowl. Large amount of salmon for the main course and divine Belgian chocolate mousse.The waitress Isabel was very attentive. We stayed overnight the room was lovely and breakfast had lots of choice, lovely FRESH fruit not frozen or canned. The place was more than just a pub/hotel. It's more like a boutique hotel. Highly recommended for a short stay.

What an absolutely fantastic hotel. Rooms really clean. Food is really good. Portion sizes huge. Staff really good, friendly and go out of their way to make sure everything is great. Will definitely come again and will highly recommend this hotel. Big thanks to Ashley 👍👍
