Amazing service from a lady called Jane, she gave me so much information and helped me pick out the products which have really helped my sleep!! She always goes above and beyond helping me couldn’t recommend the shop enough!! Definitely recommend :)

The only shop in Stratford that closes for lunch.

So often this place is closed in the middle of the day and randomly in the morning and afternoon. I wonder if the owners know their shop is closed so much?

Yet again today, closed in the middle of the day on a Saturday for more than half an hour.

I went to Holland and Barrett instead.

I have visited the store on two occasions and I'm afraid it has not been a good experience. On both occasions just about closing time I have not been treated as a customer, I felt like being a nuisance to them as I was delaying their closure. I love the products they have as I used to be a health consultant myself but I haven't rushed back. I go and shop online or elsewhere where I am valued as a customer and where I can talk to people about my needs.

Unfortunately the staff are not fussed about every customer. On my way into the store today one staff member wrote something on some paper for her colleague to read as i walked past and then at the tills i was blanked as both sales girls were chatting to a couple of men who didnt look like customers. No engagement, no feeling of being valued as a customer. Overall a pretty disgraceful experience and with their prices i would say they really need to cultivate great customer service to ensure people dont just go down the road to holland and barrett, which is exactly what i did. Your loss.
