Fantastic walk, well worth the 40-45 minutes spent reaching the top. Easy to moderate walk/climb. Safe for young children if supervised. 8 thoroughly recommend this walk. The cafe is great back at the start next to the car park. It has a nice secluded garden sesting area.

Dolgoch falls a lovely trail up the ravine, also worth a stay at the hotel. Very good price, breakfast, clean rooms. Friendly owners, excellent breakfast, tea and coffee facilities in room, en suite shower.

Oooh, i do love a waterfall. This had multiple and was such a hidden treasure. From the road, blink and you'll miss it. Very understated but a lot of effort has gone into the area. Would definitely recommend.

Park in the car park and walk just a short way, on firm ground, to get to the lower falls. Breathtakingly beautiful. You pass under the Tall-y-llyn railway viaduct which is a great piece of Victorian architecture too!

Further up the hill are the upper falls - which are even more wonderful. The walk up is more challenging but not too bad.

Simply gorgeous walks, scenery and tranquility

Hidden gem! Parked in the pub car pack and after short 10 min walk we were in front of a beautiful waterfall.

Area is well maintained with steps and paths so really good even for the less active!

Totally free entry, and peaceful picnic spot at the top.

Definitely worth a visit.

Dolgoch falls are absolutely stunning, Starting from the small carpark at the bottom (you'll need £2. For 4hrs which will give enough time) follow the path along a stream, under an tall arched brick and stone bridge which carries the narrow gauge railway, continue up to the first waterfalls which are the largest (I think) this first section only takes a few minutes and would be accessable for people with disabilities or wheelchairs, however, the rest of the walk then climbs up through the forest following the river past numerous waterfalls, small wooden bridges, viewing areas and places to take a break and take in the serenity of the area and the views across the valley.

You don't need to be a super fit - athletic mountain goat to make it to the top so give it visit when in the area.... You won't be disappointed.

There's well marked paths to take you to the lower falls. After that they divide and get steeper. I walked up the right to the upper falls and followed a path by a wall cutting across the hillside before meeting a bridge and descending via the more popular lhs. Great walk with great views of the falls. Cafe at bottom is recommended too. Also the steam trains were running on the Tallylyn line for further interest.

Visited Dolgoch Falls and the Tea Rooms. Dolgoch Falls is truly spectacular, but the terrain can be quite difficult so allow plenty of time and wear sturdy footwear. The tea rooms are lovely and the Welsh cream tea is a treat. Keep an eye out for the naughty robin that likes to steal food 😃

Stunning scenery, well worth a visit. Small car park though, might be an issue during peak season.

Amazing waterfalls. Worth a walk all the way to the top. Can be a little steep in parts and a little muddy in areas.

Good parking but not free. Good solid paths to bottom and main falls. No need for walking boots that far
