We had the pleasure of dealing with Darren with the purchase of our new car. His customer service was way beyond exceptional, on several occasions he stayed late to help us get the car we wanted. He went through the whole sale in detail and explained every add on we could have. We would highly recommend him, and will definitely deal with him again. My family who have worked for ford's producing car's based at Dagenham plant etc designers and maintenance and assembly line workers three brothers my uncle Peter my Dad Albert and uncle Joe and as a maintenance technician at a hospital i always find the reliability and comfort and of course the gadgets like out of a James bond movie lol however I've been using birchwood ford st leonards-on-sea hastings over the passed years and staff there are fantastic i like to say thanks to Dougie who dealt with my now new puma car which they had under a cover at the show room which I thought was a new model and when he explained how to activate the car with my phone which started the engine I was shocked and amazed wow factor he was like hes Q on James bond telly me please be careful and bring it back in one piece mr bond it was so cool he had to drive the car so I don't ruin the car lol but what an experience thank you all at birchwood ford St leonards-on-sea Hastings I strongly recommend everyone to them thank you I'm a happy customer

The representative Dougie was very helpful polite , took time to show vehicles,not at all pushy which I personally hate.Explained options regarding the various warranties again not at all pushy. So able to think and choose. Called a couple of days later to see how I was doing , I'm not that tech savvy re new smart stuff on cars so he asked me to drop in to assist I pulled in and he was there. Said call in anytime if help needed or any concerns. Would tell any friends who might need a car to ask for him. Great service.

Went to view/purchase a used Puma. No pushy sales. Josh was excellent (evan, his tea was good), after being shown several cars. Decided on the Mean Green Puma,

My experience of Ford was very good, when recently purchasing my vehicle. Josh made this whole journey seamless. He has excellent customer service skills. He was a pleasure to deal with, so helpful and an asset to Ford.

Booked my transit in for what was looking like a costly repair, the staff were amazing.
They Organised a loan vehicle for the weekend, rang me when the van was ready for collection & the price was cheaper than I thought it would be.

We had a fantastic experience buying our Ford Ecosport. We were assisted by Phil Wynn. He was very professional and friendly and really made us feel at ease. He was very patient when showing us various models we were interested in and we never felt rushed. He organised the test drive for us and when we returned, he seemed genuinely pleased we liked the car, even though we were slightly longer than the allotted 30 mins!

Ofcourse Phil followed all sales procedures but we never felt pressured to agree to any added policies and / or warranties. After hearing many horror stories about car salesmen, Phil couldn't have been more different, he was very kind and patient.

We paid our deposit to secure the car and Phil organised for a small dent to be taken care off. He gave us some time to think things over and called us few days later, when we confirmed the sale and the extended warranty only.

We picked up the car today, January 15 and Phil was as pleasant as always. He talked us through all the paperwork etc and soon enough we were on the road.

Thanks to Birchwood for such an easy experience and a welcoming atmosphere.

Such a nice store with a great bunch working there.
Ended up coming away with a lovely vehicle, all sorted and away with the vehicle in a couple days.

Brought my first car after passing my test a week ago. Went with Phill as his sold cars to my Mum and brother and highly recommend to go to Phill . Phill is so nice and polite he will find the best car for you and takes his time to ensure the car is ready to go.

Cannot fault Birchwood Ford Hastings! We previously bought our Kuga at the Halland branch and were gutted when they closed. We had previously dealt with Eastbourne Ford and were often left disappointed with the service.
We opted for Hastings when we had an issue with our Kuga within 18months of purchase. We honestly couldn’t fault the care, attention and service from Hastings Ford!! They have restored our faith in Birchwood and would go nowhere else! Our engine issue was rectified under warranty, and despite not having our own vehicle, Birchwood, specifically George in service, ensured we had a vehicle whilst ours was being fixed. Even when we headed on our holiday!
We have since returned again for service and MOT and once again received fantastic service from George! Once again, thank you so much and would highly recommend to anyone!

David has been extremely helpful from the start when I enquired to see it when I saw it online to the day I drove the car away! He contacted me quickly to arrange viewing of the car and even came in on his day off for me as it was the only day I could do!
He showed me all gadgets in the car and didn’t rush and went through everything thoroughly and then let me take my time on the test drive.
He went through all the paper work and managed to get me a good price for my part exchange aswell!

I've upgraded a couple times now with Birchwood Ford Hastings now. I'm extremely satisfied with how they've treated me. From buying the car to sorting out services, everyone is always friendly. I've had the same salesman, Dougie, for three of my vehicles and he's always polite, friendly and helpful, answering any questions I have and keeping me updated as the car arrives, gets hacked and handed over. I highly recommend this store!!

Fantastic service, Bradley was great, keeping me up to date throughout before hand delivering the car in person. Exceptional.
