OYO Eagle House Hotel

We had a wonderful stay at Eagle house. Our room was great, clean tidy & very spacious. We had a lovely breakfast in the morning. The staff were very kind, helpful & made us feel very welcome. I would highly recommend anyone stay at this beautiful hotel

This is a great hotel for a reasonable price. Very tasty breakfast, especially the coffee. The room is clean. New towels and bed linen. Friendly staff! I recommend it!!!

The hotel is great and suited my needs exactly - parking was difficult but I was lucky to get a space. I will be glad to stay there again.

Clean, comfortable, good-sized room. Free parking and wi-fi, delicious breakfast and beautiful view from the windows.

Very good hotel, friendly staff, booked a superior room which was a nice size and with a balcony and view of the lovely gardens , breakfast was a bit disappointing with no full English available, but included was fried eggs hash browns, cereals and pastrys which were all very nice, the bar was modern with a good atmosphere and decent prices

Lovely budget hotel, found out that breakfast was included so me my wife and baby had a cooked breakfast every morning, nice hot showers and clean room.
Only downside was the upstairs floorboards we could hear people above us until 2am most days but it's an old building.
Will be re booking for May thank you for a lovely stay.

One of the best hotel in Hastings. Superb breakfast, great hospitality, clean linens, new carpet and nice location. We would be definitely staying again at this lovely hotel.

Had a plesant stay and found the staffe very pleastant

This was just perfect for us, The location of the Hotel was great, we had parking, the room was spacious, clean, light, plenty of space. Bed was comfy. The breakfast was really great, well cooked and presented, the staff could not do enough for you. First of all my partner had a bad back and could get the cases up the stairs(yes i tried myself but i am not steady eddie on my legs ) so the guy on reception came to the rescue and carried them upstairs. The lady who served breakfast , Debbie, was just lovely, not only did she bring everything to you, she also gave us some tourist information, which we took up and saw places we wouldn't have considered. The girls on reception, phoned taxis, looked at bus routes for us. This hotel is a budget one, but the service and level was like a 5 star. I would recommend this one to anyone, we paid so little but got so much. The people in Hastings are also one of the nicest towns people, everyone had a little tourist tip for you to see or try.. go on book it, its worth it

Excellent value for money, clean, toasty warm (adjustable) room, comfortable bed, decent shower, nice breakfast. Was provided with a hairdryer on request. I didn't expect coffee/tea in the room, nice touch for the price point. Will return if in the area.

Very nice Hotel located near Local Bus service's and shops.

We had a lovely room on the ground floor bed was so lovely.The staff was very helpful and friendly. I didn't enjoy the cooked breakfast but in all it was nice

My Mum booked the hotel for 2 nights bed & breakfast for a wedding, great location, rooms had everything we needed and very spacious, priced very well, Staff were always on hand, even when we needed an iron !
It was a great stay, could not fault in anyway !
The staff work hard and the breakfast is lovely. Would definitely recommend to others.

Best room leading out to garden.
Very nice and clean. Breakfast was very nice. Staff helpful.

Stayed one night and everything was great, room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also very good. No lift if you're staying on a top floor but otherwise it's a good option in the Hastings area.

Only stayed the 1 night. Wish we had booked for more. Had a gorgeous downstairs room with a little patio onto the garden. Absolutely gorgeous. Room was clean as was the bathroom. Breakfast top marks. Staff very polite and lovely. Would highly recommend. And we will definitely rebook.

We had a large room with a fantastic view of the Hotels garden.
Plenty of power sockets for the pair of us to use.

The hotel is a short walk from the Battle St. Leonards train station,
Albeit up a moderately steep hill.

It's a short <10 minute train ride to Hastings and walk to Old town,
Or it's a long walk to Hastings old town,
but there's a a few noticable places you'd miss out, like near-by Antique shops, the statue of Queen Victoria and more,
by taking the train.

The Hotel accommodation was excellent. The reception was extremely polite and helpful.
The breakfast, included in the price was very good, with a varied menu. Would definitely stay again.
