I dropped a jar of jam at the checkout, and the two members of staff who helped me and cleared up the mess (one, I think, was Sarah) were lovely. Couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. Really appreciated, if possible please pass on my thanks.

Please reopen the uper level car park. Its very frustrating to find parent parking full. And disabled spaces fill up quickly. Un like disabled parking, there are no restrictions on parent parking. Meaning anyone will park there. I had someone with no child, say. I have car seats so can park here. people in vans park there. My child is disabled but we dnt hold a blue badge. Your upper level
has parent and disabled parking going empty. I appreciate staff want park away from customers, but there is room to devide it up. for staff and disabled and parents. Especially during times like Christmas when it's very busy.

The best place to shop, they have everything you need in one store.

Today I had a delivery from Tescos and with a heart full of thanks for my FREE BAR of Chocolate it brought tears of gratitude 🙏

Walked approximately 180 paces to the Pharmacy, collected my prescription, said hello to the staff, turned around and took 190 steps out, different route.
I do not mind commenting on a new cafe/bar/hotel but please stop asking me to comment on multinationals.

Great experience all round incredible staff including the online shop pickers

During the pandemic the ‘click and collect’ service was invaluable. Every week, all orders were correct with the occasional substitution. The staff were always incredibly friendly and helpful. On one occasion our frozen items had not been picked so a member of the team went in store while we waited and collected all our items. We were very grateful and she was incredibly apologetic (these things happen and it’s no big deal!)

Great store very big with lots of choices and a clothing area only let down was no footware available which was what I was looking for.

Excellent supermarket with a huge selection and friendly helpful staff. The shelves have always been fully stocked or being restocked when I have visited and if I have had to ask any staff a question they have been knowledgeable and helpful. Very competitive prices too.

This shop is super disabled friendly, including lifts, wheelchair and mobility scooters to use when shopping. Their scan as you shop is usually quick and super easy (Also a good way of doing price checks when you can't locate a sticker!) And the shop is big enough that even at the busiest times it isn't overwhelmingly crowded. They usually have very good queue control, too. Their stock is also great, lots of choices, and the prices are definitely very good, especially if you have a club card and collect those points!

A great place to shop in inclement weather as it has a massive car park underneath. Shopping trolleys are easy to come by at the entrance. The store itself is massive, selling everything you can imagine. The aisles are wide and well signposted making it a very pleasant and easy shopping experience. The Tesco Club card offers are well indicated throughout too. I will certainly return.

Good Store.Very friendly and helpful staff. My main supermarket. Good range of products. Good deals for clubcard holders. Love the scan and shop. Saves time packing as we go around the store. Highly recommend 😊

Usually always have a good choice of products and well stocked. The online delivery service is good and the drivers are always polite and helpful. I've ordered twice whilst on lockdown for home delivery and click and collect and both times I've pretty much got all my shopping, minus the few items that are hard to get, or I've had a substitute which was fine. Can't fault them, especially during these times. Well done tesco!

I arrived at around 5.30 pm and the store was open and everything was available.

Nick who works in the mobile phone shop was so friendly & helpful. He helped me set my new phone up & patiently explained how it worked. He made the whole experience so much easier. Thank you Nick.

It's a supermarket - but very large with a huge range of products and plenty of parking, much of which is under cover Used for supplies while on holiday in the area and found everything we needed. Clean and tidy store, plenty of check-outs in operation and no queuing. During our visit, it also had the lowest priced diesel in the area.
