We all thoroughly enjoyed our soap making experience and would highly recommend. It was fantastic being able to create our own scent and Claire was brilliant at helping us beginners. To top it all off we enjoyed a very tasty coffee and slice of cake after, aswell as a tour around the factory. The products available to buy were all amazing and we couldn't help but keep buying!! Especially the grapefruit and lemongrass scented. Thanks for a brilliant day!

I highly recommend the soap making workshop at Pure Lakes. A fascinating morning spent learning about essential oils and blending my own personal soap. All the staff were so welcoming, great value for money and you get a yummy slice of cake with your coffee!

What a brilliant business and incredible products!! We came here today and have bought enough shower gel, hand wash and creams to last a year or two. We met the owner (who was lovely!) and she showed us around the factory which was really interesting. We love their focus on sustainability and not selling unnecessary packaging. The refills idea is brilliant and we will now stick to this to reduce our single use plastic as a family. Their products are really high quality and when you come here you are supporting a family business that is local and lives in the village. We will be back next time we’re in the Lake District and are very happy customers :) we wish them all the success in growing their fantastic business!

An amazing experience making soap at the master class, thank you Sacha for your patience explaining every detail and helping us all to achieve our best blend of oils to put together for our soap. I absolutely loved it, and finishing with coffee and cake while our soap was setting was lovely, and of course a bit of shopping. What a great way to spend a morning.

Sascha delivered an awesome soap making class to myself and my mum. It was fascinating learning about the process and he was knowledgeable about his trade! We will be returning again!!

Fantastic, relaxing morning making a gorgeous essential oil scented candle. I love the Pure Lakes products that I use at home and it was lovely to visit the workshop and come home with a lovely reminder of my visit.

I love the grapefruit and lemongrass hand wash, so when I was placing an order for more I treated myself to a litre of the shower gel to match. Then the hand cream accidentally fell into my basket oops! Fast dispatch and amazing products also perfect for gifts.

Amazing customer service and divine products! I ordered diffuser oils and hand wash and they smell amazing. I also ordered the muscle balm as a present. I had a little query which was dealt with swiftly and with kindness. Perfect all round.

I have bout this from my hotel. Omg lemongrass & grapefruit is amazing. The body wash and cream I have. It’s a must! Think of espa scent and the strong aroma But for £12!!!

Went today to Far Sowrey outlet to get some more rosewood and black pepper hand and body lotion, I love this product, after only a few applications my rough nobbly knees were so smooth, still nobbly but lovely and smooth. I also bought some facial hydration cream as I tried the tester and loved it, nice and creamy, no overpowering smell. Got a extra 10% off my purchases because I visited the site and a free lovely freshly made lemony soap. Staff so friendly and helpful, would recommend to everyone to make a visit.

Delightful products

Muscle balm seems to actually work and smells delightful. Absorbs into my skin well.
The gardeners hand balm bar- finally something that smells amazing and works.
The bath and joint soak- delight and leaves my skin so soft.
The chocolate lip balm. It smells like cake it absorbs well and lasts.

I have two of the orange and basil reed diffusers and they are the the best I’ve ever used! After ordering online I received the product within 24 hours! Would be great if refill oils were available for existing diffusers.

I love a good clean smell that lasts. These products are the BEST I have tried. The reed diffusers last so much longer than any of the top brands. The lemongrass range is my favourite. 5 stars from me!

Went in to the factory shop today which is well worth a visit - and the staff were so friendly, chatty, and helpful. Wonderful products, everything smells lovely and lasts for ages. Definitely worth stopping by!

Got hold of a range of products including the hydrating hand balm and the face gel. But the Grapefruit and Lemongrass Shower Gel is really something to highlight. and all ethical and sustainable and even refillable. pleased to find this brand.
