I was recommended to visit Crate by a colleague and I’ve now been a returning customer for over two years! Every time I visit Crate I’m confident that they’ll do a fantastic job. Jess always goes above and beyond and is super friendly and easy to talk to. I’ve now recommended Crate to friends and family and will continue to do so!

Visited a little while back when my regular barber at another branch was on holiday. Jess did my hair and did an as expected amazing job. Charles the proprietor has set clear standards he expects from his team and they all live up to them. First visited when it was just Charles himself in the old shop and it’s been the same consistent quality that all good businesses learn to replicate. Worth the relative extra cost in comparison to some other establishments for the service provided.

I go here to get my hair cut. Best thing I could of done they are very nice and can cut hair very well. I really recommend going here you will be very impressed.

Booked with Jess over the last few months and she provides an excellent service everytime. Always friendly and have great conversations. Couldn't rate her high enough

I've had mine and my sons hair cut by both Charles and Jess recently. Ace jobs done every time, and they take extra time and care with my son as he's only 18 months and wont sit still! I'd give six starts out of five if it'd let me!

Brad was amazing- gave great advice on my hair and the cut was immaculate. Will be going back again for certain!

Love this place. One of my favourites in Northwich. Charles, the owner, is a top guy but rubbish footballer 😉. Very skilled and knowledgeable about men's haircuts. His team are also a great bunch. Always walked out there with a great haircut. A cool place to hang out too while you're waiting, they have a bar stocked with alcohol and non-alcoholic drinks with space to chill out.

Brad is always really patient with my son and always does a great job with his hair!

A really relaxed environment with knowledgeable and personable staff. Bit pricey compared to other hairdressers I’ve been to, but the results speak for the cost - great haircut and friendly experience overall! Recommend Emmy fully!

Fantastic hairdressers that my son visits every 2/3 weeks. They take the time to listen and do what he wants, he won't go anywhere else. Nice to be offered a drink while you wait which also make it the best value hairdressers in town as well. Only problem is having to book weeks in advance! So I recommend getting their app.

Excellent customer service, great haircut set ina wonderful atmosphere. Will definitely be going back. I think I've found my new regular Barber.

All 3 of our sons use Crate Hairdressing. The staff are professional, friendly and we'd highly recommend them. It's about more than just a haircut, it's about making sure our sons know what a good Gentleman's Hairdressers should be like!

As always, an amazing haircut and service. My regular (if you can call getting a cut every few months regular!) Is always done perfectly! Jess is an amazing hairdresser, I recommend her for anyone's haircut!

Good lads and seem to listen and understand and deliver a good cut.
Not overly pricey but not the most expensive either.
Think I pay a little over 20 for a cut.
One peculiarity is that they wash you hair with each cut.
Best to book in advance but would recommend.

We’ve been visiting crate for a couple of years now and there’s nowhere else we’d ever go. Charles in particular is great with my son, he really enjoys going to crate for his hair cut. Although that being said, all staff are super friendly and good at what they do! Always come away happy with how my sons hair has been cut. Outstanding barbers - couldn’t recommend them enough!

I recently got my hair cut at Crate and it was by far the best I have had recently. I often ask for short back and sides and a slightly longer top, to which barbers tend to cut my hair far too short - but this haircut was exactly what I wanted, even with natural tapers to stop the boxy hairline.

Really friendly, welcoming staff, who even offered me a hot drink when I arrived, made the hair cut much more enjoyable. Ellie even showed me how to style my hair which I am normally terrible at.

Overall would highly recommend and I would use Crate again.
