B&Q Northwich

Fantastic help from Patricia who took the time & patience in showing me the correct attachment that I needed for my garden outside tap to garden hose. It fits perfectly!!! Thank you & a great asset to B&Q!!!

Mr MATT BAILEY wow what a man, honestly the most incredible succulent young handsome male ive ever met. So helpful and wasnt to scared to get his hands dirty!!! Whoever his parents are they should be proud on the man theyve raised i would give that man a pay rise and added bonus ;)

I had a question about some paint I bought here, the person who answered the phone was very nice and passed me over to a lady in the paint department (Lisa I think) she was fab really patient while I explained my problem and she sorted my query out in a minute or two.

Not perfect but I like that I can see what I'm buying, and there's no nonsense if things don't work out.

Good shop for all your d I y needs

Returned a tool box as not big enough for my needs got brilliant advice from one of the ladies on which one was better came home happy and blinged it up

B&Q, Northwich is a versatile outlet for just about any hardware and garden. Furthermore, the staff are top-notch.

Half price deal spotted yesterday (6th Aug 2022)! To buy the wood to build it would cost more than that 😉

We have purchased many items from B & Q Northwich and visited many times and always find what we are after, or an alternative. It is always our first port of call for any diy needs.

The store is clean and tidy and the staff are always pleasant. There is always staff around on the shop floor to ask for help and they are very knowledgeable and if they can't help, they find someone who can.

I like browsing the plants on sale and the sale bins throughout the store, you always find something you could use at a very reasonable price.

Service at the checkouts is very quick, you usually have to queue but don't have to wait long. They have a self serve checkout if you prefer too.

Also, we love that we can take our dog inside the store and staff are very welcoming of our dog.

Me and my wife received 5 star customer service from a gentleman called Mike Cooper in here today. So much so that I felt compelled to leave a review. Went above and beyond helping us figure out the door size we needed to order.

Very helpful gentleman, help work out cheapest way to roller paint 2 ceilings (1 smooth 1 artex) only buying what I needed not packs of expensive but own brand!! Perfect, Thankyou, Thankyou

Today I had a very good customer experience at B&Q on the paint section. The gentleman that assisted me was very knowledgeable of the products and very helpful. A great salesman! Saved me money too.

Always a pleasure to be served by Alan and Cliff on the paint department. Both very friendly and knowledgeable and always offer good advice. Its staff like this that make you happy to visit the store again so was very sad to hear Alan is leaving. Wishing Alan all the best.

Large store with a very wide range of products, also has a great garden section. Friendly staff who have always been helpful in locating specific items and providing general advice. Plenty of parking space, never had issues finding a spot.

We popped in today to buy a replacement rake for work and we were quickly directed by a member of staff to the correct aisle. We also asked if they sold ponchos or anything waterproof, which sadly they didn't have stock of. However this kind member of staff took it upon herself to actually give us her own unused poncho from her car! Talk about going above and beyond with customer service! She was highly knowledgeable anyway which impressed us, but this just blew our minds. I wish we got her name as she really should be recognised for this professionalism and kindness. Absolutely fantastic experience here, thank you

Brilliant staff. I drove 6 miles for stuff for a repair, but they now only do click & collect. Officially it's next day but they were working their socks off doing orders in an hour or two. One lady went to check the product code I needed, I ordered on my phone, then another went and got them to save me a return trip. Soooo grateful!

It's a B&Q. Staffed by young and old, you imagine it's like being in a family working there. Laid out in the store like most other B&Qs. So I suppose the only things to mention are the car park, designed in the 90s, no traffic control in or out onto a main route out of the town, turing right out of the car park can take time, and also obscure vision for those that are turning left. So just be aware it can be a hassle.

Went here to get a Christmas tree box and bauble box. Managed to also get two pieces of the same tinsel that I bought from a B&Q in Rhyl. Saves me the travelling back and has saved my Christmas tree!

Been coming here various times over the years and always has what I need. Sometimes prices are better elsewhere but I trust B&Q products more personally.

Had specific list of decorating needs before I went in. Was able to get everything I needed. Some bits I didn't need or was my mistake such as pole extension and rollers for ceing emulsioning.
Too difficult for me to use so resorted to short one. I'm only a little person unwell with c too so it was strength I was lacking. Any way the outcome was success and I over spent by £14 but not bad compared to getting someone in to do it all forme!

Got what I needed straight away, CV-19 distancing seems well thought through and organised. Still not overly impressed by B&Q prices generally but they do have a wide range of stock items and customer service is spot on in my experience.
