Super company to do business with

I am quite happy with my bathroom, it's just 12 month old. What I'm not happy about is the handles on the sink cupboard. The chrome is starting to peel off ,see photos. So I contacted my supplier and they quoted me £42, to get replacements. Now in my book 42 pound for handles that last just 12 month is too much. When I contacted Alan.T.Carr direct, they referred me back to my supplier. Not great service, not great customer care, not the quality product they advertised.

Driving standard of an isuzu box van with ATCarr bathrooms delivery van on the A50/A38 would suggest to me your drivers require more proffesional training. Complete use of the wrong lane on approach and undercutting an articulated lorry joining a round about.

Not good, dangerous driving.

Product & After-sales Service review - Aula Thermostatic Brushed Brass Shower (RRP - £699.00)
After 6-8 months of use, I noticed areas of the shower body that had started to discolour to a black/brown, rusty finish. ATC replaced the handset & riser. A month or so later I reported that the same was also happening to the main, mixer bar part. This replacement was rejected as the Chinese (?) manufacturer said I hadn’t cleaned/maintained the shower to the correct standards - apparently!

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!
They do not deliver on products, long wait on products and appauling customer care.
We started our bathroom renovation at the end of April, was told there was a wait on our products until the end of May which wasn't ideal . The end of May came and went with a promise of next week each time, then finally the middle of JULY we had our products. A tall unit and a vanity basin both in indigo. The Tall unit came with a few scratches which luckily we managed to get a replacement but whilst checking the vanity basin...we took off the plastic to a grey unit!!!
We contacted the company again to be told that the factory was closed for 2 weeks......3/4 weeks later we are now being told that it will be OCTOBER!!! Absolute joke! We are washing our hands and brushing our teeth in a bath which for our 2 year old impossible!
I'll never use this company again!

Ordered vanity and basin from them and Toilet. Sent wrong basin. They did send out a replacement to local supplier but no good when job was 30 miles away from there. Also sent out wrong float valve for toilet and as a result of both cock ups, was unable to finish the job in the 1 day I had planned to fit a toilet and vanity. Having to go back Monday and any profit I’d made is now down to the tune of around £200. If this is a regular issue with incorrect deliveries and If I relied on these then I’d be out of business in a very short space of time. Very apologetic but apologies don’t make my customer happy or replace the loss of a days pay for me.

Additional to your response. If you make pepole aware of the fittings then these can be purchased without having to break off a job for a 10 mile return trip and as for the more experienced engineer comment, the job had to be completed 2pm and this engineers experience would have had the job finished if it weren’t for your mistakes. Yes I accept that mistakes do happen but your mistake was at my cost. Had you spoken to me instead of the local agent then you would have been given an address but that never happened because you don’t speak to fitters.

Warranty isn’t worth paper it’s written on will send parts but no one to fit this will be at buyers expense buyer beware
