I phoned in the morning to scrap my car, they arranged a time in the afternoon to collect. The chap that came was on time, polite and efficient. I phoned the office to give my bank details and the money was transferred within minutes. Excellent service.

Very friendly staff, greet me whit a big smile.
They took the time from their job to help me and found the parts that I need it.

Emailed for a quote a little while ago and Leeann got back to me really quickly, then once I'd been politely instructed that the truck had to be off the driveway by the end of the week (or else! lol), she really came through for me, arranging collection for the following morning, Steve turned up precisely when promised and got it all sorted, and Leeann got the money paid straight into my account within minutes. Top notch service! Highly recommended :)

Contacted Leeann and received a prompt reply. Was offered a good price including collection of my scrapped van. Steve arrived as promised, polite and courteous. Explained the paperwork, money was paid straight into my bank account.

I went down to the yard and cannot thank the man and woman that helped me whilst I was there. I went for a new oil cap as mine disappeared and it was sorted straight away. They even checked my oil and topped it up for me! Honestly thank you!!

I was desperate for some parts for my boys car. Within 24 hours the parts had been sourced removed and made available at a fantastic price.
On the way to pick them up i realised i needed a few extra bits. This was no problem. They dropped everything to help me source and remove the extra bits, pack up the car and send me on my way with a huge smile.

I phoned Carew Car Dismantlers about an old car that needed scrapping as I needed to make room on the drive. I spoke to Leeann on the phone who was extremely polite and helpful. She told me that someone would be able to take the car off the drive the following day. Excellent! Steve phoned me on his way and turned up at the time expected. He was very communicative and approachable. The car was gone within 15 minutes! I phoned Leeann back at the office to arrange the bank transfer to myself which was quick and easy. Brilliant service - was responsive straight away to my request. They waited until I was ready then arranged collection the same day at an agreed time. Picked up at agreed time and payment made the same day at the pre-agreed price. Really cannot fault them both from a service perspective, customer service and response.
