Excellent service by a young man, Sakti. He went above and beyond with measuring my infant sons shoe size and ensuring we were buying the right shoes. One of the best examples of good customer experience I've come across. Sakti is a real asset to your organisation and we'll be returning to this specific store moving forward as a result

Everyone was so kind and lovely. As a single mother, this was the first time this year I could afford to buy myself a pair of shoes. I ended up buying two pairs of trainers coz they offered me a discount without knowing of my financial struggle. They've also given my 18 month old baby a balloon!

Popped into Clark’s in Stratford upon Avon this morning what a joy….fantastic customer service, helpful….welcoming and so many other shops could learn a thing or two from this team! Look forward to returning to get my new boots

Excellent service from very lovely professional staff who really take the time and care. Was sad to see the maybird clarks close but I must say I much prefer this smaller shop.. So glad this little shop has opened and we will be regular customers 😊 credit to the owner of this lovely franchise! The shop looks great! And very well stocked ✨

Went to get a pair of the Hamble oak. They were price at £30. So I went to purchased them, the sales assistant said one of them was £42 not £30 and the other ones were full price. Even though they were price at £30 the manager said unfortunately she could only give me a 10%off on the full price ones and the other ones £42. I purchased the sale ones but after thinking about the bad customer service I received so I returned them. I actually checked only and actually the shoes she told me were full price they were actually £39. So certainly the manager not very aware of the promotions in store and not very customer service orientated
