I recently purchased a new Honda motorbike from Sutton motorcycles Bromsgrove . Mark the general manager and all the staff were extremely professional and very helpful from purchase to delivery. Mark took the time to explain everything about the bike,the servicing offers and the different warranty options. It's rare nowadays to find a dealership with such integrity. I Can't recommend enough and hope to buy all future bikes from them.

Great selection of bikes, friendly staff, with being very knowledgeable and informative. Nice to be in a showroom without staff trying to make a sale. Great to see staff are informative rather than sales driven.

The downside is it's small, the upside is, it doesn't really matter. They have a good range and you can see online what's available. Service department or sales, both equally helpful, quick, listen and act on what you want. The clothes and accessories have much reduced. Sister site in Tamworth now have Triumph so consequently, like me you can buy a CBR one year and a Triumph Bobber the next as they now regularly supply either here too. Unfortunately they can't service the Triumph fully, that remains only at Tamworth. I brought a new CBR from these guys and the service was great. They've had it back each year for service etc and I've never had an issue. There is a wait on bookings for such at the moment, but I think they're recruiting to increase that capacity. They've opened as best as possible over Covid and it's really helped. Unconnected learner school on site makes this a great place to pick up your first 125. Brought one of those here too but not for myself. Again, no problems, great service 👍

Bought my bike from here. Great service from Mark who got me the bike I wanted with the added extras. Didn't rush me. Gave me lots of advice. Superb setting - ideal for browsing. A bit like M&S - loads of walkabout room and plenty of stock. My experience of buying a bike was exemplary. Steve saw me through from start to finish. Professional yet friendly and really knows his stuff. How buying a bike should be done 😌

Nice modern showroom with plenty of parking available. Staff are friendly, obliging and don't pressurise you. I arrived without a prior appointment and was offered a test ride on the bike I was interested in.

Like all bike shops they were very friendly and helpful. Very knowledgeable and business like. Good range of bikes available. Plenty of parking. On the main road ( A38) easy to find.7

Great place. Used to use this place years ago and never let me down. Not rode for a while, recently, brought a used bike, private sale, developed a problem, these guys fixed it for me at a great cost. I recommend this dealership to all. Very helpful staff.

Picked up my first ever bike (Honda Monkey) today from these guys. Can’t thank Steve enough. Very informative and made the whole transaction seamless from the get-go. I can defiantly see myself going back there in the future for my “big boy” bike!

Took my bike here to be serviced here previously, the service and product knowledge from the guys at Sutton Bromsgrove is fantastic.
Today I returned to Sutton Bromsgrove for a very small Job that I couldn't complete at home, they all went out of their way to find a solution to my problem as soon as I arrived, removed and fitted hand guards on the grom. I was even offered a coffee, sorry if I messed up the coffee machine.
It makes a refreshing change to some other dealerships I've visited over the many years I've been riding.

Absolutely brilliant experience with Steve.W here. Bought a Honda supercub over the phone and the 2 weeks for start of purchase to pick up was a complete breeze.
