I had Milo from these guys in 2023, he's been great. They have also recently helped me home a stray cat with compassion and kindness. Thank you.

We called to see if there were any kittens and told there was a sister pair. They were healthy kittens and happy for us to sit with them. Our home and location was checked over and within 2 weeks we had our beautiful kittens home.....10 years later they are still bringing us joy

Amazingly quick rehoming process and all the information about my lovely Bella was given to me beforehand as well as the staff checking I knew about her pre-existing conditions again just prior to adoption. Staff were friendly and eager to hear about how she was settling in. This has changed my life for the better :)

I have been to a couple of the fun days hosted by the Blue Cross. It is a great atmosphere, they are super friendly and you can tell just how much they love and care for all the animals in their care.

Chose our next forever cat on line from two pictures. Filled in a form and told to wait.... The very next day I was phoned. The day after that we had our phone interview for suitability. Went to collect the cat 4 days later. He's adorable. Very easy process with social distancing maintained.

I rehomed 2 beautiful cats who were brothers from here. I drove from Southampton to collect them. It's the best journey I've ever made. I totally recommend this centre. The staff are so friendly and helpful, can't fault them in any way.

Decided to take on a rescue cat from the Blue Cross rehoming centre in Bromsgrove after my previous cat, aged 19, had died earlier in the year. I chose Fluffy James as he had an unusual name and looked adorable. As he had been a stray for most of his life and rejected by a previous adoptive family because of a few behaviour problems, I felt that Fluffy James would fit into my home in London.
I went through the initial application and a visit to meet Fluffy James himself which all went well. The staff were absolutely excellent in their care, of not only Fluffy James, but also the other cats. Each cat was truly loved and looked after.

On arrival home Fluffy James managed to 'hide' for nearly five days in his 'safe place', but eventually came out and was very friendly. He adores 'Dreamies', has a huge appetite and is really trying to be a 'good boy'. With time Fluffy James is showing signs that he will settle down.
Very grateful to all the staff at the Blue Cross Bromsgrove for caring for Fluffy James and for allowing me to be his new 'mum'.

We popped in as my mum is looking to rehome a cat. The centre is in a lovely spot and has plenty of space for the animals. They look after dogs and cats at the site, and all looked well cared for and content. The staff on site were helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Fingers crossed mum has found her new furry friend 🙂

We went to the dog show at the Blue Cross, it was a lovely afternoon, lots of stalls and the dog show was great. Our girl got a third in the veteran class.

Friendly staff. Have separate room to evaluate dog ( in our case ) and potential new owners. Good area for dog to walk/run around in and get to know everyone.
