Well what can I say Alison and Karl are a great people to put up my patients as a new skater I went for XLP sure grip plates 92a twister wheels these guys put up with my patients as everyday I will phone up about adding to my order they are very helpful with bearings and wheels and with my whole set up! I couldn’t recommend enough, if you want to do for a custom build they will help with the set up for the style of skating you’re going for. I when for a Jamaican 🇯🇲 colour theme and this was the result. I have indoors and outdoor wheels highly recommend if you doing both surface.

So glad I came across Oli's Skate Shop online. First class service and everything has been dispatched quickly and arrived on time. They have a great range for all your skating needs. We will definitely be buying again from Oli's no doubt 👍

I ordered, the Bauer XLP roller skates, custom built. I needed a quick delivery but as they were custom skates the delivery would have been late. I contacted Oli's shop and spoke to a gentleman called Carl. He was extremely helpful and promised to get the skates out on time. They arrived as he promised and very happy with the skates. I’ve wanted a pair of Bauer quads for a while as only had inlines & after doing a search I found Oli’s Skate Shop. Straight away I got excited at the custom hand build they do & decided to go for the new X Quads with magnesium Avanti trucks. After reading all the confusion online of Bauer sizes I called the shop & got through to Carl, his knowledge was great & gave me some great advise. I ordered straight after the phone call & in super quick time they were delivered yesterday. They look amazing & fit like a glove, everything I asked for & a great service. I can’t recommend Oli’s Skate Shop enough & if your thinking of getting some new skates or advise this should be your 1st choice. Thanks guys & will be using you again in the near future. A+++

Brilliant little local business with fantastic customer service. Brought a pair of skates for my son's birthday and couldn't be happier with the product. Had a concern that they wouldn't arrive in time so rang the shop and spoke to a kind gentleman by the name of Carl who reassured me that they were then being sent. I received them the next day. Cant recommend Oli’s Skate shop enough! Makes such a difference being able to talk to people who have the knowledge and understanding and can apply that to match a customers needs.
Karl kindly spent the time to talk through the best options for my set up/build based on my skating level/ style etc and where I want to take it, and helped put together the perfect build for me!
Ordering was a simple process and communication throughout was fantastic from Alison and Karl. They arrived today, on time with no issues, and were exactly what I needed.
Genuinely, whether you are looking for a start up skate, component replacements or a full on custom build then you NEED to speak to either Alison or Karl, as they will go above and beyond to make sure you get what you need.

I really can't fault the service in any way. I was after outdoor wheels. There were so many to choose from and the usage description for each type was very detailed. They arrived super fast as well. I placed the order after 10pm on Tuesday, and got them with my post on Friday morning. The prices are also reasonable. I found them to be slightly cheaper when I looked at other online skate stores, at least for the product I chose.

Great website, lots of option. I ordered some wheels (branded) to which there was the option to add the bearings I needed. They fitted them for me before they shipped and shipped it very fast! It was with me within two days of the order. Very impressed. Thank you everyone at Oli's Skate Shop - I guess Oli :-D I will be back for definite very soon!

Been using Oli's Skate Shop for a while now and they are the best in the business. From their customer care to their top quality products you won't find anyone better in my opinion.

In particular Karl has been so helpful offering lots of advice regarding suitable skate plates etc and nothing seems to be too much trouble for him.

All in all a great business to deal with and one that I will continue to use for all my skate needs.

Wow…Oli’s Skate Shop were a breath of fresh air compared to all other Quad Skate shops I spoke to. They spent a lot of time with me on the phone on several occasions, trying to understand my style of skating and likely skate locations I’d use.

Having had a 20 year break from street/trail skating, I felt a little out of touch with what’s available on the market today and Karl couldn’t have been more friendly, honest and informative when helping me decide on the right skates. I’m a stickler for good service and Karl truly impressed me with his care, knowledge and attention to detail. Alison was super helpful and responsive helping me amend my bill as I made last minute changes and additions.

I will only use Oli’s Skate shop in future because I know they live and breathe skates with a passion. Highly recommend you give them a call and just have a chat.

Wow I can’t begin to say how helpful olis skate shop was.Coming from someone who hasn’t skated in years they helped me when I was confused about sizing and what type of skates I should get.They're so kind and patient such a wonderful company,highly recommend!

Great service, highly recommended. I got in touch as I wanted to buy some skates for my wife's birthday and had little clue what I was buying. We got it sorted so I got the perfect Bauer skates and she was blown away always having wanted Bauer skates as a teenager In the 90's. Thanks very much for making it happen.
