Costa Coffee

I love a good bit of customer service! All the staff in here are totally committed and overlapped seamlessly in whatever they were doing, friendly welcome and the place ran like clockwork and it was really busy which is testament to their success, the coffee was great, what more do you need?

Came here two days ago with my 7 month old for a quick drink whilst we had some downtime. Upon arrival, the worker who was cleaning tables opened the door for me to get my pram in which is always helpful to a mum with her hands full!

Drink was lovely, and they offered to bring it to my table for me. Finally, the other worker behind the counter also offered to open the door from me on my way out despite that he was nowhere near the door. The atmosphere was lovely, it was kept nice and warm and the cafe was kept very clean. Really appreciated all the help that was offered. It makes a massive difference.

Met with a smile and how can I help from Joe, very nice staff. I had a sandwich delicious and my coffee was hot and lovely. Nice staff make a massive difference . Well done

Visited here on Sat 19th Aug and was greeted by Joe very quick and efficient service with a smile. Gemma made the coffees in equally efficient time and they were great, hats of to both a job well done and will be back again. Restored my faith in Costa after recently drifting back to Cafe Nero.

Lovely big, clean and tidy coffee shop in the High Street. Excellent coffee and friendly staff.

This is a good Costa! The coffee here is prepared well. The staff are chatty and friendly. There is a wide choice of food to accompany your beverage. There is plenty of seating, including a small outside seating area. Toilets are located at the back of the cafe. Free wifi is available.

Took grandaughter in for a babychino. Loved it, enjoyed my coffee too. Good location, plenty of seating, right up to usual Costa standards.

I ordered through Uber as I was at work and I have to say they are amazing one of the items was out of stock and one of the amazing staff took their time to write me a little apology note I have to say this is great customer service and it made my day, so to who it may concern thank you for the note I very much appreciate it and hope you to have a happy Sunday 😊

Lovely hot chocolate and great service by all the staff

Quick service. Never have to wait very long to get a drink. Baristas are all very friendly and the tables get cleared quickly aswell

Costa i0s our favourite place wherever we go. The staff are friendly. Because we have dogs we always sit outside, the new tables & chairs let Costa down. The chairs are uncomfortable & the tables are extremely unsafe as they are wobbly

Great service, coffee and cake as always - staff here are always friendly and as it's a regular stop they remember your normal order. Lots of options and never rushed by the staff.
