Where do I start, Tracy and her business partner are absolutely fabulous, they are so down to earth and do everything they can to make buying a car smooth and exciting. From the moment we arrived they were approachable and helped us with everything we needed. Something I hadn’t experienced at other car dealerships. They didn’t hide anything from us and made us feel really safe with buying a car from them. They have a months guarantee with all cars which reassured me that the car I was buying would be reliable and had no problems. They also are very open with you coming back if anything goes wrong and will be there to help out if needed, even after this months guarantee. They are so clued up with the information on the cars helping us get the best knowledge before purchasing. They communicated effectively and were there to answer any questions, queries or doubts I had with buying the car to reassure me it was the perfect car for me. There environment is inviting and feels safe, having a bit of a laugh and also talking about other things other than the car purchase. The actual buying of the car is quick and efficiently done wasting no time and getting you away with your car in no time. Purchased a Fiesta 1.6 Zetec S recently. Both Tracy and Curtis were really knowledgeable, and are very selective with the cars they take - only choosing well maintained cars.

They are accomodating - making an effort to work around my schedule.

Car had a minor problem that developed after a month, and they were happy to get it sorted promptly with no questions asked, and returned it back to me within 1 working day.

We were delighted with the helpful, professional efficiency at Archway, Tracy and Curtis had the perfect car for my sister and made the whole transaction very fair and very simple. Highly recommend, breath of fresh to do business with.

Tracy and Curtis were fantastic, both very knowledgeable and they couldn't be more helpful and accommodating. I bought my Nissan juke from here today, there was no pressure sale, no rush to do a deal and it the most pleasant experience. Buying a car can be stressful but all went so smoothly. The car itself is wonderful, was thoroughly checked over and sold to a high standard. There was a little issue with the radio but with no hesitation at all it is being fixed. It's clear to see they take pride in the cars they sell. I wouldn't hesitate to buy future cars from here. The kids love the car too and keep asking for a drive out haha. Thankyou!

Really nice staff, and cars are very well kept and looked after - even the higher mileages ones look great. Even though the car I looked at wasn't for me they were really helpful and if the car had been right for me I'd have been happy to buy from them. I would recommend, though there is quite a small selection of cars (fitting the lot size that it is).

A friend recommended Archway Cars so i just popped in for a look to see what they had.

Bought a car from here and you can tell that they care about both the car and customer here. The car was incredibly well presented, inside and out, and you can tell from speaking to the owner that he loves and takes pride in his work.

The car itself was in excellent condition - to the point where my local garage, who were doing a check up, wanted to know where we'd bought the car from so they could recommend it. When looking for my next car I'll be checking here first.

I purchased a Quality used car from here June 2020 . The Reminder came up on my phone for its annual service + MOT , on the off chance I rang this garage to see if they do after sales of servicing etc , of which the very polite lady of whom I recognise by name of the owner of the business. We arranged a mutually convenient date of which one of her staff would pick up my car take it for it’s service / MOT + deliver back to me.

We came across Archway Cars (Leicester) purely by chance when viewing a car in the Peterborough
area after driving down from N.E. England.
From our first contact with Tracey by phone to arrange a viewing / test drive and then purchasing the vehicle (Audi TT), everything went without a hitch and nothing was too much trouble.
Tracey and he co-owner Curtis were both very customer orientated throughout with no pushy selling techniques employed and all suggestions were for the benefit of the customer, not the owners, which made a nice change.
The actual vehicle was immaculately presented and all required work was carried out as planned to stay well within the agreed timescale of the purchase.

Purchased a BMW yesterday from Archway cars. The car was extremely tidy and well looked after and exactly what I had been looking for. Curtis was extremely helpful and came across as very genuine unlike a lot of car dealerships I have previously dealt with. He was very knowledgeable but wasn't pushy, he let the quality of his stock do the talking. Overall extremely satisfied with the car and the excellent service. Thankyou
