I wandered in this morning (fairly clueless I might add) and this is how it went....

Greeted warmly at the door... once inside I was met with patient, friendly and honest advice about what I was enquiring about... useful aftercare and general advice towards the end of the sale...

That, my friends, is a customer service masterclass right there! 👆

Went in to check out some vapes to get started on kicking the habit and the service I got was insane! Gutted I didn't get the name of the guy who served me (but he has a shark tatt on his arm), he went above and beyond. I don't know alot about Vapes or vaping in general and he gave me a run down filled with all the info to make sure I choose the right one. We went for the Geek Vape Boost, Nice and small (fits in your hand nice), tough and rugged but feels nice to hold (not bulky). This guy told me all about the vape, how to use it, how to maintain it and so much more. He really spent the time and it's hella appreciated.

Helped me pick out a couple juices to my taste (which are all lush!) and he even set up my vape for me and welcomed me back if I had any questions or not sure about something. Such a dude!
So all in all, got a real nice set up for a real good price and got the best customer service. Cheers to the nameless shark tattoo dude, you're a legend!

Incredible shop, incredible people. I've been in a few times because I live locally, each time has been a lovely positive experience. Prices are fantastic, service is so professional. Even when it is busy they take the time to really look at anatomy and give you great advice and support. Never rushed. They always throw in freebies (which certainly keeps me coming back).

Recently a lady cut in front of me and I never have the courage to speak up and tell them I was first. The lovely Shannon politely and respectful told the lady I was first and we all had a laugh and I was served with a smile and warmth. So thank you Shannon. It really made my day ☺

I am WELL PLEASED with the service as well as the product from beginning to end. I went in to buy Tanita scales as they are so accurate. I was told about a cheaper product, On Balance, although they had the more expensive Tanitas. This has worked out perfectly for me. The scales are really accurate and come with weights to enable calibration. They also came with tweezers and a nice box/case, they are a very good product. Unfortunately, when I undid the box the lower part came unstuck, I'm guessing it's a one off, anyway, I went back to Paradox and they swapped everything for brand new. I asked them to open the box while I was there and no problem. I am very happy with the product and really happy with the service. They made me feel comfortable and answered questions, didn't rush me, properly listened and explained things clearly. They did not make me feel uncomfortable because I had to do a return. I will go there again when I need that service. I HIGHLY recommend. I felt they are honest as well.

Went in to the shop for some advise on changing my piercing and spoke to shannon who went above and beyond to help me with everything. The customer service was absolutely spot on. Will 100% be going back and would really recommend paradox to anyone that is looking for new piercing jewellery and some good advice.Thank you so much.

I went in right before Christmas while visiting.
They were super busy, but the employees were still so kind and focused on each customer. All I bought was a couple of nose studs, but the quality is great and one employee finally helped me figure out how to put in a corkscrew stud. If I lived in the area, I'd definitely go here for my needs.

Always get my jewellery from here as I'm not allergic to their titanium and surgical steel jewellery. Very well priced, beautiful pieces and the staff are so lovely. Very handy having a piercing shop (metal fatigue) next door who will change the jewellery for free. Cannot praise this shop enough.

Excellent staff and prices - Best of kind in area.

Been to every head shop in bournemouth and none matches paradox. Staff know their products and seem to pride themselves in offering a good customer experience. Unlike other shops in the area the staff want to talk to you and are really helpful.

I rarely go out of my way to give praise/review - these guys deserve my time. Recommend

Amazing selection of smoking paraphernalia and vaping equipment. Lovely and wakey jewellery for every piercing.
Jewellery bought here will be fitted at metal fatigue which is so good for those awkward first changes.

Will is a legend too.. He is always so lovely, friendly and helpful.

Very nice shop with a modern and pleasing aesthetic as well as an incredible range of vapes, juices, mods, jewelry, pipes and bongs. The staff are very friendly and will not hesitate to spend as much of their time as you need in making sure you get exactly what you came for. Always the same friendly faces, leaves you coming back for more.

Huge range of quality products at great prices and amazing service. You can get your piercings fitted at their sister shop that's a couple of shops down the road. Will be back!

Staff member although very busy made my visit memorable going out of his way to help with multiple items very happy with my visit and purchase, in my opinion the only one who deserves a promotion in there or at the least a pay rise. Thanks for my vape scales and plug

Went to Paradox looking for a vape to help to quit smoking, and the guys there were just amazing.

Had no idea what I was looking for, and was apprehensive as i have bought vapes before, and never got on with them so packed them in after a week and wasted so much money.

I spoke to a few of the guys Saturday evening, who were very informative but after about 20 minutes I couldn't decide what I'd want. They recommended I go away, think about it, look at some reviews then come back the next day as they didnt want to rush me into buying something and then not get on with it, which is what happened before.

I went back today and Sam was very happy to help, no question went unanswered and he went above and beyond to show me the range of products available and how they worked to find the kit perfect for me. I was there for a good 45mins, as Sam ran rings around the shop showing me all options; but he was more than happy to do so. THE Best customer service I've experienced in a long time, and I left fully satisfied and extremely happy with my purchases.

Brilliant service, nothing is too much trouble! Excellent knowledge of products. The staff are friendly and always welcoming. The juice quality is brilliant. Shopped around many places and always come back here. Highly recommend.

Had some great advice on choice of jewellery & after care for a drunken nose piercing. After putting off going to a shop because of the poor life choice I’m glad I chose here. Great place, and chill vibe. Thanks Will :)

Cissa was very helpful in helping me decide on a vaporiser to purchase. Overall, all the staff are very helpful.

Fantastic service. Very patient, showed me how to rebuild a coil, wicking etc. As i only do sub 0hm.. but fancied a change of vaping style. Staff there are amazing best customer service and extremely friendly. One of the most friendliest of staff around and ive been to alot of vape shops. If i could give this 10 stars i would easily. Overall great experience. Only negative is that they are not based in London where im from. Thank you to staff at this vape shop. Overall 10/10.

Friendliness, customer service and product knowledge are absolute key to all staff working there - you can tell that they're all very passionate about what they do. So refreshing!

Came in for a vape charger as this place is local and the pricing was amazing. Half the price of any other vape shop in bournemouth Town centre. Made a call to confirm website price available in store and a very friendly lady answered my questions on Monday 13th January unfortunately didn't get her name. When I got to the store the server Bart was pleasant, fast, and very helpful. Highly recommend this store
