Visited the store today and received exceptional customer service from Mark. He honestly did everything he could to help me. Will definitely be returning based on this experience!

I was pleasantly surprised at the prices in store for what I have so far found to be excellent furniture. It has been refreshing to move pieces around without it bending and swaying like cheap flat pack units. Staff are not overbearing while you browse but happy to help and answer questions when you need assistance. Canny at giving you a hand to the car, too!

Visited Barker and Stonehouse outlet Gateshead today and was greeted by Joanne who was amazing! Very friendly and helpful. We bought a lovely coffee table for our living room which we have been looking for for months! Thank you for your help Joanne!

Having selected our new bed and furniture, staff were really helpful in store, with no pressure selling. Had too order in, so took a few months too come but delivered a week after it was in stock. Delivery team, Steve and Ian were great, fully assembled the bed, and could not do enough too make sure we were happy with our purchase.

Had an issue with "missing legs" for an occasional table ordered online. Gateshead "new branch" team member Joanne Golightly went above and beyond to get them out to us. Joanne is an asset to B and S.

My son looking for table and chairs. All I can say is the lady that served us, ( Sharon ), had the patience of a Saint with him. He chopped and changed his mind a few times. Finally got sorted. Must have took well over an hour.

Order/ deposit issues satisfactorily handled by Middlesbrough office and Phil, from Gateshead branch, everything resolved, looking forward to visiting store and placing new order.

Excellent store ,knowledgable and helpful staff ,no pressure selling . Visibly better quality furniture than competitors but of course that's reflected in the higher prices.
