Great experience, welcomed as soon as we walked through the door. Food was lovely and the service from the ladies was fantastic. No wonder this place has been winning awards across the Wirral. Highly recommend people to pay it a visit.

Went here for lunch today with my nan, my nan was very impressed with her scone and I loved my chocolate ganache. Didn’t wait long for our food and it was freshly made. Big shoutout to the amazing Lynne, Sheila and Amie. Highly recommended.

Based on their positive reviews we booked for an afternoon tea for my wife's birthday.
We travelled over to Wallasey from Stoke on Trent today 27/6/24.
We absolutely loved it. Staff were so friendly, the establishment is beautiful and the food excellent.
Our first visit, but will not be our last.

I was outside with my dog, and unsure whether the cafe was dog friendly, so I rang the cafe. They weren't dog friendly, but the lady told me to go to the rear of the cafe. She brought a table and chair out for me, put a table cloth on, and served me with my coffee and toastie! What more can you say, except BRILLIANT customer service, with a smile. Honestly, I felt like royalty!! Thank you so very much for your kindness 😊.

We turned up without a reservation and they accommodated us even though they were busy. Relaxed friendly atmosphere from a bygone era with china tea sets. Staff very friendly and approachable. We observed someone making dough in the kitchen so some foods are freshly made on the premises. I believe the scones are worth trying but that will have to be next time.

Came here today with a voucher I had for my Birthday and we had the most amazing Afternoon Tea! All fresh and homemade! Staff so welcoming and chatty, what a lovely vibe this hidden gem has! If you haven’t been, you need to! Best scones I’ve ever tasted and nothing was too much trouble! Keep up the great work guys. We will definitely see you again! Lyn xx

Lovely staff. Owner is so friendly. The food is to die for. The fruit scone is genuinely the best I’ve ever had and I’ve tried scones from SO many different places comparing them. Will definitely be returning.

We went to Fleur Ashley just before Christmas for an afternoon tea, with our 8 month old baby. The staff honestly couldn't have been more friendly or accommodating. They gave us a large table so we could sit comfortably with the baby, they were really helpful in making us feel comfortable visiting as a family - they have great children's menu options including a fresh platter of cheese, buttered bread fingers, fruit and salad veg all cut small which was so thoughtful and great for our little one. We shared an afternoon tea which was fantastic, lovely sandwiches, really tasty scones and cakes, and a great selection of teas on offer. The decorations in there are really fantastic, it feels cosy, comfortable, and inviting. We had a great time - thank you Fleur Ashley, we're looking forward to our next visit.

Found this little gem on a day trip into the village. The ladies in there are very polite and one went out her way to cook me a full English breakfast even outside of breakfast allocated time. Food was amazing, atmosphere is lovely and relaxed. We will definitely come back next time we visit the village.

Fantastic such a warm welcome, we visited with our two boys for my wifes birthday afternoon tea and we were not disappointed. The food is excellent and it is very well presented, the staff are all wonderful and made us feel right at home we felt like were visiting family it's hard to put into words how welcome we were made to feel, the two ladies made such a fuss of our two young children it was amazing they chatted with us and took great care of the kids going above and beyond our expectations. They offer an excellent selection of sandwiches cakes and the soup was delicious.
Cant recommend this wonderful slice of heaven enough, please try you wont be disappointed.
Thank you to all the staff.

We were on holiday from the states and were blown away with their service. My daughter has an egg/wheat allergy and they went above and beyond to accommodate us. The owner is so lovely and so is her staff! My toddler made friends with each one of them.

Absolutely amazing food and service here this morning. I came here with the kids and my bother and sister in law who live local and the food was beautiful. They were amazing with the kids and we all had a wonderful experience. I'd highly recommend this place. I had bacon and lentil soup and coronation chicken sandwich which were both delicious and the kids loved their sandwiches and cakes too. All fresh and home made. Just wish I lived closer so I can be a regular.

Had a lovely lunch at Fleur Ashley yesterday. Smoke salmon and cream cheese sandwich and potato leek soup. Just the right food in the bitter cold. Bought a fruit scone to takeaway. It was busy yesterday. I'm glad Amy, the owner still keep going.

Went here for afternoon tea. There was two of us, a toddler and a baby. I was sceptical as my toddler can be abit loud but the staff were AMAZING could not do enough for us. We're talking to my daughter. The lady even got her a sticker. We will be back! Everyone was so friendly!
