My favourite cinema in the area. Lots of screens (6) and always something worth watching. Even the standard seats are extremely comfortable, and there's free parking right outside.

Very nice cinema in convenient location. There was lack of park spaces at the car park next to the cinema but fortunately there are other car parks nearby. They have good choice of movies and good selection of snacks. Definitely we'll be coming back.

Great cinema. Only issue was with one of the speakers having a slight crackle. Free parking also and plenty of places to eat nearby.

I have attended the Odeon cinema in Trowbridge twice in recent weeks. On both occasions I was very impressed with the course of the staff. Not only did they show exceptional courtesy and worked with a smile they were helpful and considerate.
On the last occasion I left my wallet in front of the till with out knowing. After viewing the film I realised it was missing.
I am pleased to say that on eon the staff discovered it and handed into the manager who kept securely in the safe. It was not released to me until I have verified who was was and where I lived so that information could be crossed checked with the documents in my wallet.
While customers should expect high standards of service delivery and honesty as a norm; when it is freely given it merits acknowledgement and gratitude. I also appreciated the opportunity to be able to purchase a decent cup of coffee there too. Thank you

We saw The Great Escaper at this cinema last week. Lovely movie, very well acted, photographed and edited. Based on true story...with some embellishments.

A large auditorium with only 6 people watching the movie. Vast screen and great audio. A real treat for movie buffs on a chilly winters afternoon.

A very good cinema, the food quality is quite good for what it is. They have a wide range of movies for all ages. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend

Good cinema in a good area. If you want an evening meal and a film, this is the place to go! Quite quiet, but the building was well maintained, the staff polite and helpful and the theater we sat in was clean, air conditioned and comfortable. Will be back soon!

My son's first trip to the cinema. We watched migration, which he really enjoyed. He's looking forward to his next visit.

The cinema was cool with the sounds, picture and had lots available to keep you going in terms of drinks and snacks. The process of booking was friendly. The staff, thumbs up

Nice cinema surrounded by a park, good restaurants, hotel, and coffee shops.

Very clean and fresh, helpful staff, great facilities for the disabled. At this cinema you choose your seats from a seating plan so you know exactly where you are going to be. Nibbles and drinks are at the usual vastly inflated prices but the selection is good and there's a pick 'n' mix section too. The seats are new and very comfy with plenty of leg room. Good acoustic quality and a steward with a bin bag by the exit to prompt everyone to get rid of their own rubbish. Great experience

Love the cinema and we love it here. Having M&S on hand is a treat, lots of places to eat and the cinema is comfortable. Always think food and drink is too expensive, especially if going with family but luckily they have a Costa! Nice to be back watching films........

Been here many times to watch various movies and it's just all round a great experience. The chairs in the screens are so comfortable and it's always the right temperature. I like how the seats are staged so if you get a tall person in front you can still see. There is also a costa attached to the cinema for anything you may need. It's really clean everywhere and it's just a nice place to be. Park across the road for kids after the movies. It's perfect well worth the drive from where I live.

Friendly and helpful staff, still wearing face masks which I personally like. Foyer was clean and well lit, screen 3 that I was in, was clean too - no sweet wrappers or old popcorn in the seat or cup holder. Toilets were clean too and the soap dispensers and hand dryers were full/working

I mean, it's an Odeon, does what it says on the tin, easy to book and collect tickets at the automated machines, takes NHS discount etc. Snack prices are obviously mental but that's just a standard cinema thing, take your own 🤷. Place is clean and staff are helpful, can't complain.

This is an amazing cinema. The staff are lovely and always willing to help. I love how they get involved and dress up for certain films as it makes the cinema more unique. The seats are comfortable and there is plenty of foot space, especially in the premier seats. The cinema is very clean and to food is great, not only in taste but also in the price, compared to many other cinema's. Also I have never been in a room that has been cold, like I have experienced before. After the actual cinema experience the staff are still willing to help and always want to know what you thought of the film and the overall experience.
Just brilliant and highly recommended.
