Had a lovely experience with Ethan today. He was kind and had plenty of banter and made the process smooth and stress free. Currys, if you do an employee of the month scheme, this man should be at the top of your list.

Needed a dishwasher in a hurry we were served by Jonny he advised us of what machines were in stock and one of them was a Bosch which is what we wanted. Good parking and they loaded it in our car. Do give them a try.

I am so very grateful to your employees Rhianne & Johnny. They were so incredibly helpful to me. I had unfortunately changed my phone plan instead of increasing my allowance. It was my Mum's funeral the day after and I no longer had a signal. . Rhianne listened to me and then directed me to Johnny. He changed my SIM and wow I had a phone that worked again. I am so very grateful to the two of them as I needed people to be able to phone me as I was organising my Mum's funeral. Thank you so much to 2 wonderful people and wonderful Customer Service. Had to get a click and collect item. Had to wait for a little bit at collection point after following the check in process but this was due to all the staff I could see being busy.
Felt like they were possibly a little understaffed that day, or maybe it was just unexpectedly busier than normal for a Tuesday. Staff I dealt with were pleasant and helped me out to car with my item as I had pram with me.

Excellent service from the lads on the sho0 floor, they could not have been more helpful. Highly recommend.

This is a big currys staff seem very helpfull fridges .washing machines.microwaves kettles and such like are up stairs had a few goods from here and have been pleased with them very light and bright shop

Johnny from Brazil was very helpful in Trowbridge Currys and helped us order a TV that we picked up in the Chippenham store.

Wanted to say a big thank you to Nick. I came in with my Mum to purchase some items for her new home. Nick was lovely, a genuine guy. Had a sense of humour & it really was a breath of fresh air to have happy customer service. He is an asset to the company & deserves to know that you made our day with being so lovely.

What's not to love about the local Currys store in Trowbridge. Nothing says "family day-out" like a browse around B&M, followed by a swift lunch in the McDonalds and then a browse for some amazing technology in the Currys store. You will often find friendly staff, a bustling atmosphere, and plenty of knowledgeable people to help you make the right purchase decision. Whether you're looking for a TV, laptop, or a new mobile phone, these guys are always happy to help.

The only minor criticisms of course would be that occasionally the pricing on certain less-trafficked items can be out of date or wrong. The common perpetrators of this are SD Cards, miscellaneous accessories, and small-ticket items dotted around. Aside from this though, the store is clean, someone is always around to help, and of course Jonathan is something of a local legend, celebrating nearly 40 years of service, friendly and welcoming!

Went in to buy a Smart QLED TV - we were helped by two members of staff who were excellent - very informative, put up with our endless questions and helped us make the right decision. Great customer service!

The technical staff I spoke to where very helpful they seem to know a lot about the item I was enquiring about which was a Sony soundbar

Good range of stock. Out of stock items can be ordered, collected in store or delivered. COVID measures still in place. Not too busy. Attentive staff on hand to help customers if required. Pleasant shopping experience with no pressure.

Lots of products to actually get your hands on for a more tactile shopping experience than some other electrical retailers. Carphone Warehouse section inside also. Not a busy store lately and not so many staff looking over your shoulder to pounce as soon as you breathe. Did click and collect and the staff member actually put the product in the boot of my car. Great service.

The sales assistant Jessica was very polite and professional. She didn't force any extra warranties and explained everything well.
