Aquator is an amazing pet shop, the staff are really knowledgeable and kind, happy to talk to customers about their store mascots, Suki the Skunk and Zuri the Bosc Monitor are particularly cool!
Reptiles, arachnids, amphibians, and of course hundreds of fish. 100% recommend this shop for pets and their care needs.

Lovely family run fish shop. I had a glut of T-Bars after a pair successfully bred, and Syd at Aquator helped me successfully rehome a few, and at the same time I also managed to bag a 3 beautiful
little Clown Loaches. Thank you Syd for all of your help. See you all again soon.

Great pet shop with lots of different animals, also very generously supported our charity fundraiser and new charity OSCAR Foundation. Really decent people who are open 7 days a week and work tirelessly to look after the animals and store. Thank you for your support ❤

Fab place. So much to look at inside. Staff are lovely and so knowledgeable. We met a skunk and brought a talking catfish for the tank. Clive is hiding so I cannot currently get a photo of him 🤣. Some very exotic fish to see. Also used aquator for our RO water for the Marine tank. Good value. 100 recommended this shop. Thank you to the lovely ladies working today (Sunday 18th Feb)

Really helpful staff expert advice with setting up our new pond. I noticed too how well they look after all the pets for sale and everything is immaculately clean.... definitely recommend this place!

We popped in today for a look around, I am planning a marine reef setup and wanted to see what they had.

The shop is really tidy and well presented, the range of livestock and equipment is fantastic.

The staff were really friendly and helpful as well as clearly very knowledgable.

We will definately be buying from Aquator when we are in a positon to.

The Best for miles! Lovely selection of fish (and more) all immaculate, healthy and better sizes than rival shops. Sydney and her team are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Great customer service, great products - we travel from PL4 to go there- our favourite shop. #GoTeamAquator from #TeamPowell.

Great shop full of a well cared for choice of animals including birds, fish, reptiles, insects and plants. Very knowledgeable and caring staff. We'll worth a trip.

5* all round. deceptively large shop with great range. I found cheaper than the big chains. No pressure to buy, fantastic advice and friendly staff who are happy to have a chat (which I did not get from pets at home / Maidenhead)

I was particularly impressed by the variety—everything from vibrant freshwater species to exotic marine fish and a cheeky parrot that i drawn to when paying for my fish. Manager was pragmatic with advice: Yes there are snakes, but you can avoid seeing them. I wasn't the only person to ask!

The staff know their industry and it shows in the advice. There are questions that you don't know to ask if you are considering a purchase. They advise, allowing an informed decision, noting the level of responsibility, costs and welfare requirements.

We left impressed but with things to consider.

The staff there are great. The fish I've bought from them were all healthy and well cared for. I've not purchased them, but their birds, invertebrates, and reptiles appear to be excellently cared for too.

Aquator is ideal for marine, tropical, fresh water and reptile products. I've shopped here for years and thanks to the friendly staff we have overcome problems, exposed new information and made special orders.

Great staff very helpful and all stock always looks in top condition always have what I need and order in if they don't have😁mainly marine equipment and fish for me

Lovely friendly and welcoming staff. An incredible diversity of pets in store, from lizards to spiders, snakes, fish and turtles. Very well stocked and very family friendly. Would definitely recommend this place.

I have been going to Aquator for years and cannot fault the shop. I have never had a bad experience and highly recommend Aquator. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and always go above and beyond to help you. Matt will always make the time to assist you with whatever it is you need, giving expert advice and guidance. The store has a plethora of stock, and know what is required for every circumstance and animal. The pets are very well cared for and healthy and you can tell the staff are passionate and experienced. An incredibly welcoming shop that I will continue to use for years to come. I honestly cannot fault it, I am continually impressed.

Fab place. Feel very lucky to have this only a short drive from home. Staff could not be more helpful or knowledgeable and their enthusiasm and passion becomes infectious! We arrived needing advice as total novices and were given such sound advice. Sydney was so patient with my son and he was left feeling there was no question he couldn’t ask. Can’t wait to collect our new gecko next week and look forward to many more trips to Aquator to stock up on necessities, a few treats and no doubt a good chat about all things gecko!
