Sainsbury's

Lovely ladies who work at the cafe! We arrived here tk charge our car at the newly installed chargers in the car park ( that’s another story) we were greeted by lovely friendly staff who brightened our morning. Yesterday (4/12/2023) massive selection of food and seems it’s popular here at 8:00

Really great size if you are doing a big shop. They have cloths, garden stuff, pharmacy and everything one needs. I found the shop to be very clean and I had the chance to speak to some staff. They were funny and we had a laugh.food looked fresh and stuff like meat was exy which means expensive in Australian. This is a problem across the Uk so good was competitive.

Thursday morning and not too busy. Plenty of parking available. Click & Collect Groceries available in the car park. Customer service very helpful. Specsavers, Argos, Lloyd's Pharmacy and Fresh Kitchen Cafe all in-store. All day breakfast was reasonably priced and brought to the table within a few minutes. Staff were very helpful and courteous. Petrol station is near the store, situated just off te roundabout.

A normal supermarket, nectar prices are great, not many people around today so was an easy shop. I use the smart shop app to avoid queuing at the checkouts and worked really well, in and out in no time at all 👍

Ample parking, though it does get busy this time of year. Big store with a huge selection including a pharmacy, home section, kiosk, and argos, which is great when you need a mix of bits. Staff are always friendly, too.

It's big and seems to have all you need from a supermarket. Shame the butchers and fish mongers side has gone. I can't really complain though as I didn't use it enough. They do have a great selection of meat and fish in the Isles to make up for it.

This Sainsburies is at The Willows out of town shopping centre, Torquay. Parking is easy and there is some dedicated for disabled people near the store entrance. Everything is on a level and the signage in store very easy.
We bought all our shopping then went to the cafe which had what we needed with comfortable covers, some sit up to, others sitting in softer chairs with a lower table. I saw a lady there in her wheelchair and she easily made herself comfortable.
Toilets were clean and overall we had a good experience, thank you to the staff who were courteous and personable.

Polite staff, great bargains a clean and tidy store.

Superstore does not do it justice. Mage store with extras would be a better description. Dry cleaners, key cutters show repairs, Argos, spec savers, and the list goes on and on all inside the same building and that's before you go into a Sainsbury's store that is jam packed with everything else. Clean wide aisles and friendly staff. Quite an incredible experience

Got a meal deal. The smoked salmon and cream cheese sandwich was awesome 😋

Clean and tidy, its always a good experience. Lots of variety foods and drinks. Staff are always very helpful.

It can be a bit tricky to find parking spots near the entrance, but if you don't mind a bit of walking, it's fine even in busier hours.

Tobacco and lottery counter. In house Specsavers shop.Large cafe with good selection of hot and cold food. Large car park with disabled and parent and child bays. Click and collect bay in the car park.I have shopped in Other supermarkets but non compare to this one.

Busy like hell.....may be due to Easter weekend.....

What a difference, I thought the store most of had a refit. 10 out of 10 for cleanliness full shelves, great customer service. Well done great experience.

A shout out to a member of staff for excellent customer service. I was in store on Tuesday 25th April and was not having the best of days . Was doing 2 weekly shops for my elderly Mum in law and for my hubby and me. Was attempting to pay as usual at the smartphone checkout and just couldn't remember my Mum in law's card number. Was trying to find this but machine kept on calling for staff member due to delay...so each time Craig came over, he was very considerate and made me feel calm as I was a little anxious. Eventually found card number and he observed this from a distance and said a cheerfull well done. Feeling much better I left store and went out to car parked quite a bit away. Busy putting bags in car, I heard a voice and it was Craig who had followed me all the way as he noticed I had dropped my Nectar card on shop floor. Please pass on this feedback to him as he went out if his way to ensure all was OK. I said I would leave feedback and he said , no it's alright, but he deserves it. Just a little thing but made a big difference to me . So big thumbs up to Craig a staff member quietly giving great customer service 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
