This is a real gem of a find in Torquay! So much better than all of the chains and fast food around the harbour, I'm already looking forward to another visit. The restaurant is really beautiful inside and serves delicious local food, everyone in our party said that the food definitely exceeded expectations - particularly the mussels - and the staff were so friendly too. The restaurant has exceptional ramped access both externally and internally with room to the around inside for wheelchair users. They have built the ramps in to match the aesthetic not just have a random metal ramp somewhere, so this was certainly not an afterthought, well done for being so inclusive!

Highly recommended! Location is great overlooking the harbour and the window seat inside is ideal for a bit of people watching as you dine too. The staff are very friendly and efficient and the food was excellent. Highly recommend the mussels and lobster, good size portions.

Went last night lovely restaurant lovely food, my partner said they were best muscles she ever had plenty of Muscles, and sauce equal. I had the gourmet burger was lovely. After 9pm the band came on two local musicians one was playing the Saxophone, the other was playing the guitar. Was nice ambience and relaxing elegant vibe.

Lovely staffs. Amazing mussels from just outside of the sea and yummy scallops. Nice fish comes with the head, the staff take care of it if you want to remove it, not salty. Homemade mushy peas and new potatoes were melting in our mouth ;) many local ciders and beers are available.

This restaurant is so well located, just in front of the beautiful marina. Initially we seated in their fantastic terrace but we had to move inside as the day was very windy. The ambience is very cozy and pleasant. The food and drinks were amazing and the staff very friendly. Would love to go back in my next visit to the town!

Had a meal here with family at the harbour in Torquay. Service was excellent. Loved the decor and atmosphere. I had mussels which were delicious and a lot of them, my husband had the crayfish risotto which he enjoyed and daughter had the pizza. Very dog friendly too. Would def return.

The wife and I really enjoyed our two visits here. The first visit was for drinks and the second for food. In a nutshell, both occasions were excellent and we genuinely couldn't find fault with anything.
The staff in particular were exceptionally friendly and very accommodating. It's also in a convenient pedestrianised central location ideal for people watching or a visit whilst exploring the harbour.
It was very busy on both visits we went and booking would be advisable.

"I recently visited the Offshore Restaurant and was blown away by the delicious food and exceptional service. The staff, especially the manager Mark and his lovely wife, went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable dining experience. From start to finish, everything was perfect. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, the food was nothing short of amazing, and the staff was friendly and attentive throughout our meal. I highly recommend this restaurant and I can't wait to return to this town just so I can come back and dine at Offshore Restaurant again!"

Civilised, comfortable and with friendly and attentive staff. A great place to drop in for a very agreeable Sunday lunch. It wasn't excessively busy when we visited, but a reservation was a sensible decision.

Beautiful place to have a nice meal. Very busy when we walked past throughout the day, but it was lovely and quiet on a Sunday evening. The food was perfect and very reasonably priced. Flawless service from both our waitress and bartender. Will definitely be going back! Although I suggest booking if you want a guaranteed table, as they are very popular

As with anywhere in Torquay, this place can change greatly with the seasons and with the number of people visiting. However, Offshore is a consistently good place to stop in for a drink. I haven't had food yet (although it always looks and smells good). The staff are always friendly and there is a good selection behind the bar.

We popped in for a quick drink after our walk around the harbour and the heavens opened so we decided to share a hot spicy chicken & chorizo pizza with pine nuts & rocket. It was so tasty. And just enough for our long walk back to the car. The Staff are so welcoming nothing is too much trouble. The I side restaurant was fully booked but they moved tables around to accommodate us. Overall a lovely experience. It's a very competitive industry and being literally right opposite a pizza restaurant they are keen to impress their customers so the gain their repeat business. First visit & won't be the last. Thank you to the management & team for be so happy to serve. We were Half way through eating out pizza before I remembered to take a pic.
