Best golf club in the world with 2 of the best courses in Scotland

Played the Swailend course early August. Flying in ( no cart) used their electric hand carts but still very hilly. Maybe get a buggy for this one. The Swailend course is quite a walk from the club house. Lots of ups and down holes. Course overall in good condition. Greens, tee boxes and fairways great. Course very busy as it was a Friday. Midweek recommended.

What a fantastic set up driving range 100yrds away from 1st Tee clubhouse excellent with very pleasant and helpful staff, food was tremendous.

Had a lovely time here when I joined my daughter's class for a school trip. Everyone we met was very friendly and made it fun and informative for the children. The grounds and clubhouse are clean and very well kept. They are trying to make golf accessible for all which is highly commendable. I thoroughly enjoyed having a shot on the driving range for the first time and will definitely return with the family. Keep up the good work guys.

Two great and challenging golf courses (Hawkshill and Swailend) - update played Hawkshill recently (July 2021) and was very disappointed to be charged full price for a course in poor condition.

The restaurant there is worth trying even if you're not playing golf

The course doesn’t have a bad hole and really enjoyable. The whole setup is great the clubhouse,the academy/practice range is first class, all the staff were very nice and accommodating & helpful on the day. I will definitely return👍

On Swailend for a try before I buy, course is in good way. I will be joining. Facilities are great with driving range, putting and pitch. Was in for food as well, that didn't disappoint. Staff were friendly and welcoming.

An absolute gem of a golf club with two fantastic courses! The Hawkshill Championship Course offers a serious challenge, with plenty of water hazards and bunkers to test even the most seasoned golfers—perfect for those seeking a great game. Swailend, while still challenging, provides a more relaxed round with beautiful scenery to enjoy.

The club offers everything you could need: buggies, club hire, and electric trolleys are all available, and the pro shop has a superb selection of golf gear with incredibly friendly staff.

The Trackman driving range is top-notch, and I loved the convenience of contactless payment. After a round, the clubhouse offers stunning views over the course and a great menu featuring both British classics and authentic Chinese dishes.

This place is a hidden gem—definitely worth a visit!

A great golf facility with two 18 golf courses and Trackman Driving Range. Putting green and short game area.

Love this place with 2 courses to cover all abilities , awesome driving range and practice area facilities. Now even easier to get to with the new WPR (Aberdeen bypass) open making it so much easier to get to being in the north side of Aberdeen. Great group of staff and membership making this place very welcoming.

We had a great weekend of golf at Newmachar playing both courses over the weekend. The staff bent over backwards to provide us with great service. We ate both nights in the clubhouse without ant complaints. The food was fabulous. Thanks to all involved with Newmachar Golf Club.

First time here and played the Hawkhill course which was superb. Highly recommended and look forward to playing it again. Very enjoyable scone and coffee afterwards in the clubhouse with excellent staff

The difference in Golf Club the past 2years have been exciting.
Better info from Club ,all the new drainage,making for better fairways,and greens.
The new driving range and trackman.I also think the professional team is now best in North of Scotland.
We are very lucky with our new catering Menu changes daily with special weekend meals.

Played in the 3 day event the weekend just past. Unbelievable value for money, I cannot give enough praise for the organisation and efforts put in by all. I travelled up from Lancashire in the north west of England to play, and have already spoken to several pals and members from my home club about arranging a trip next year. There was something for everyone, and the golf courses are awesome. A special mention to the head professional, who was on hand for pretty much 14 hours a day throughout. Seriously, if you have not played at Newmachar golf club, get it into your diary asap.

I've been using the driving range at Newmachar GC as I try and learn more about golf (new to the sport). The facilities are fantastic, especially the TrackMan radar system on the range. It allows you to track all elements of your shots and it is a great way of improving your game!

Currently home club, both courses are great to play. Hawkshill is more challenging with a signature 9th hole.

The course is in fantastic nick and very picturesque. I would only like to change 2 things: 1. have a course map on the back of the card and 2. add distance markers to the 150 yd markers. Will definitely play again.
