I recently came here for a mot. Receptionist was friendly. I was able to book a date and time that worked for me through the website and it was slightly cheaper than a few other places I had looked at. Very happy with the service and would use them again.

Staff couldn’t have been more helpful when I needed a tyre replaced due to a puncture that wasn’t suitable for repair. I tried several of the big chains in Gloucester who said it would be several days until they could get stock and then arrange replacement. ETB fitted a new tyre within 24hrs. I always find that ETB provide an excellent service. A big thank you to all the team, Justin was brilliant today and very helpful.

I went to the garage just on the off chance that they could help me as I couldn't release the wheel on my children's buggy to change the tyre/inner tube.
With no warning or appointment, they instantly jumped to my rescue! Trying various ways to release it and eventually managing to replace it anyway as it couldn't be released. I am so grateful as I would not have been able to do this myself. Everyone was perfectly happy to help even though it's not their job! I'll be using this garage in the future for my actual vehicle!

Brought our Chevy in on monday 5/2/24 for a wheel /tracking check. the guys found a flat spot in the tyre. had it changed and problem solved. very freindly and helpfull guys cannot recommend highly enough. great all round service and fair pricing which is hard to find these days. will be using them for MOT's and tyres in future.
